I like Grammarly’s real-time grammar and clarity suggestions, which help me write clear, professional emails and documents with minimal effort.

Occasionally, suggestions don’t fit the context, especially for technical terminology.

Grammarly helps identify grammar, clarity, and tone issues in my writing, reducing errors and improving professionalism. This saves time and increases confidence in daily communication.

What do you like best about the product?
The clarity and and conciseness suggestions are the most helpful for editing dense arguments,essays,articles and it genuinely helps polish my writing without changing my voice.The customer support is very reliable when needed

It saves time during editing by acting as a first level reviewer before final submission and overall it functions like a consistent editing assistant that supports clarity and precision.

What do you like best about the product?
I find Grammarly very easy to work with, especially the suggestions it provides. It boosts my confidence in the words I use, making me sound more confident. I also appreciate its ease of use and the simplicity of its installation process, which takes just a few minutes. Once installed, it integrates seamlessly with Word, allowing me to review and correct my text effortlessly in one go, and I can choose whether to accept the changes or not. Additionally, Grammarly is user-friendly, with an option to use it directly online by uploading documents for immediate editing. Overall, it's very accessible and quick to set up.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing that does not work well with Grammarly is that there are times when it would suggest alternate sentences or changes like using an n dash, m dash, or comma. When I accept these changes, Grammarly will often provide another alternative, creating a loop where it goes back to the previous suggestion or keeps suggesting and resuggesting the same change again and again. It feels like a tug of war and requires me to look at changes multiple times. If this could be fixed, it would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Grammarly to help with punctuation, especially with commas, and to restructure wording since English is not my first language. It assists in drafting content and letters better.

It can be too persistent with stylistic suggestions. Sometimes it tries to change my unique voice or technical jargon into something generic, forcing me to ignore many 'corrections' that aren't actually wrong.
