The free version is still useful, but it can feel a bit limited if you want access to the full set of features. Another thing I’ve noticed is that some suggestions don’t always perfectly match the context of what I’m trying to write. Occasionally, Grammarly recommends changes that make a sentence sound more formal or slightly unnatural, especially if I’m writing in a casual or conversational tone.

Well, the problem would be sometimes it loads slowly even though I have a fast internet connection. I'm not sure whether it's me or Grammarly.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Grammarly since 2018 for writing emails and texting clients, and it helps me to connect with them more confidently as my native language is Urdu. After the AI implementation, I really like the rewriter feature that has made my work easier and boosted my confidence. I appreciate its convenience, especially on freelance platforms like Upwork and Fiverr. Since getting the paid subscription, our productivity has become more accurate. The initial setup was very easy, and about 90% to 95% of the time, it works fine and is amazing. I always rate Grammarly 10 out of 10 and am extremely satisfied.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Grammarly stops working on my phone, which means I have to open the app, close the sidebar widget, and allow it again. This happens almost 2 to 3 times a day, and it's very irritating.
