Grammarly is like having a calm, brilliant editor by your side — always

  • January 06, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I love most about Grammarly is that it doesn’t just fix my writing — it elevates it. Whether I’m drafting professional emails, writing presentations, or journaling personal reflections, Grammarly acts like a thoughtful second brain. It catches not only grammar issues but also helps with tone, clarity, and flow — almost like it understands the intention behind my words. The real-time suggestions feel intuitive, non-intrusive, and often open my eyes to better ways of expressing myself. It’s confidence-boosting without being robotic — and in today’s fast-paced world, that’s rare.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Grammarly is incredible, there are moments when its tone suggestions can feel a bit too safe or overly formal, especially in more creative or emotionally expressive writing. At times, I wish it could better distinguish between artistic nuance and actual grammatical issues — but then again, no tool can fully replace the human voice. Still, these are minor trade-offs for what is overall a beautifully designed and highly useful platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly solves a problem I didn’t even realize was slowing me down — the mental clutter of second-guessing every sentence I write. Whether it’s an important client email or a quick internal note, it helps me write clearly, confidently, and with the tone I actually intend. It also helps reduce misunderstandings, especially in remote work settings where so much relies on written communication. For someone who juggles multiple tasks, Grammarly acts as a silent partner ensuring my message is not just correct, but effective — and that’s a game-changer.

Efficiency Booster and Seamless Integration

  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I really like that I can use Grammarly either online or integrated with Microsoft Word, which makes it easy for me to access anywhere I go. This flexibility lets me make corrections directly in the online platform if I decide not to transfer a student's assignment to Microsoft Word. It really speeds up my process; without it, grading one essay might take over an hour, but with Grammarly, I can get through about 20 essays in a three-hour shift. The setup is also extremely easy, with a straightforward login process, making it highly accessible.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is currently nothing that I dislike about this software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly makes grading easier by helping me identify issues in student assignments quickly, letting students correct and resubmit for better grades. It also speeds up my workflow significantly, allowing me to grade more assignments in less time.

Seamless Writing Enhancement for Every Style

  • January 06, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Grammarly is how easy it is to use and implement. It feels intuitive from the moment I start using it. The platform also integrates smoothly across apps and browsers, so I can use it often without interrupting my workflow. I appreciate the broad range of features it offers as well, from basic grammar checks to suggestions that improve tone and clarity. Overall, it’s a reliable tool that’s quick to adopt, easy to integrate, and practical for everyday use, and its customer support feels accessible whenever I need it.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I find frustrating about Grammarly is that its suggestions can feel overly rigid or repetitive, especially when I’m working on creative or emotionally driven writing. At times, it flags stylistic choices as mistakes and pushes revisions that don’t match the intended context or my personal voice. On top of that, many of the more advanced features are locked behind a paid subscription, which limits how useful the free version can be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly helps me tackle the challenge of unclear, error-filled communication by catching grammar, spelling, and tone issues before they create problems. It allows me to express my thoughts more clearly and with more confidence, which is especially useful since I write frequently across different platforms. By reducing mistakes and improving overall clarity, Grammarly saves me time, takes some of the stress out of proofreading, and makes my writing feel more professional and polished, without requiring extra effort on my part.

Transforms Everyday Writing with Ease

What do you like best about the product?
I use Grammarly on my laptop for emails and anything I'm writing, and it's great. I love how it handles pronunciations, abbreviations, and everything a sentence needs. Grammarly solved so many problems for me, especially with typing errors. It's awesome to have it installed on my computer. I like how Grammarly can take a simple sentence and make it professional and intellectual, which is amazing. It's also very easy to set up with just the least amount of information, which I find awesome.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like maybe the subscription part of it. If it stayed free, it would be awesome. But that's just how the world works. They should get paid too. The only thing that caught me off guard was the subscription part where they asked me to pay for this and pay for that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Grammarly to correct my typing errors, making everything I write sound so professional. It even rewrites paragraphs to improve my writing quality, which is awesome.

What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciate most about Grammarly is the depth it offers, allowing users to choose how detailed they want the feedback to be. I constantly discover new insights about my writing style and sentence structure, which helps me improve the way I type and compose sentences.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would prefer if there were an option to hide the colored suggestions that appear while typing but can't be used until upgrading, as I find them quite distracting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Spelling mostly, but many times it really helps me with my sentence structure.

Effortless Writing Enhancement Across All Platforms

  • January 06, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciate most about Grammarly is how effortlessly it enhances my writing as I work. It not only catches grammar, spelling, and punctuation errors right away, but also offers suggestions for clearer phrasing and improved tone, all while preserving my original meaning. The integration with browsers and apps means I can use it across different platforms, from emails to documents, making it feel like a discreet writing assistant. Instead of disrupting my process, it helps me feel more confident and efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I find frustrating about Grammarly is that some of its advanced suggestions can come across as overly forceful or too generic, particularly when I'm working on creative or informal pieces. There are times when it misreads the context and recommends changes that don't really fit the tone I want. Additionally, a lot of the most helpful features are only available in the premium version, which can be restrictive for those of us who depend on the free plan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly addresses the challenges of unclear, error-prone, and inconsistent writing by offering real-time suggestions for grammar, spelling, clarity, and tone. It helps me catch mistakes that might otherwise go unnoticed and enhances the flow of my sentences, resulting in more professional and effective communication. This tool saves me time on proofreading, lowers the chances of miscommunication, and increases my confidence when composing emails, documents, or messages—particularly in situations where accuracy and clarity are essential.
