What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly checks my emails, text messages, and school work for grammar and punctuation. Grammarly has removed the barriers and embarrassment of communication with the ability to make sure my thoughts and conversations are consise and correct.
I connect Grammarly to all my devices in my Mac ecosystem, as well as run it on my virtual Windows.

What do you dislike about the product?
That it doesn't natively work with all my applications. If it did, it would make my life so much more proficient and empowering.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I often start a sentence in my head and the written content proves to be very different than I wrote. I can trust Grammarly to suggest corrections and making my conversation consistant and consise.
Having Long-COVID and a history of stroke, language has been affected so having a tool to keep me in the conversation is life changing.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use. It makes my writing sound so polished!

This is such a great product that I honestly can't think of anything that I dislike about it.

I am terrible with punctuation. Grammarly catches all of my mistakes!

Why buy when you get features when 'free'?
What do you like best about the product?
I've been using the free version of Grammarly for quite a while, but after the daily allotment of free writing suggestions ran out, I realized my writing suffered every day. Now I've the benefits all day, every day, and I've fewer embarrassing writing faux pas.
What do you dislike about the product?
In some web forms and other instances, it's not clear that Grammarly is monitoring and making suggestions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Everyone duplicates a word, uses the wrong form of a word, and makes other embarrassing mistakes if they do any writing at all. With Grammarly looking over my shoulder, virtually all mistakes like this are detected and corrections offered.

It is easy to use when setting the tone of the conversation.

I keep correcting more than necessary at times, making it complicated.

It helps in setting a tone of conversation after the initial prompt and makes a cohesive pattern with context.

It's a complete package. Just launch the tool and see it doing wonders. It not just evaluates the text but also provides super meaningful changes
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I would really want Grammarly to change is auto enabling of Grammarly Assitant even when its switched off in the app settings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Language can have many forms to express things.A simple text written gets modified so beautifully by Grammarly that its conveys more meaningful understanding

Grammarly is most useful in a professional setting for writing emails and documents of any type.
What do you dislike about the product?
That I didn't sign up earlier. It's very helpful to keep my emails error-free in my very busy, email-heavy work environment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly helps me type error-free, professional emails. One of my favorite features is the "re-write," which comes in handy on a burnout day when I'm typing without feeling certain about the clarity of my message. I also really enjoy the weekly insights that show me how my communication materials sounded over the past week - Professional, Direct, Informative, Friendly, etc. It's a confirmation of how I'm communicating overall, and it helps me rethink how I sound when I'm typing future emails to convey the appropriate impression.

I didn't think I needed a lot of help with grammar and writing as an English major, but we all fall into bad habits in speech and writing. And Grammarly has helped me correct many of those issues so that my writing is more professional and proper.

I don't always agree with some of the suggestions, but that is a nitpick and personal.

Extremely Helpful
What do you like best about the product?
I was very reluctant to use Grammarly as I pride myself on being known as the Grammar Police with family and friends. However, I was surprised to see that just a few tweaks made me even more proficient in writing. I like how Grammarly just works in the background, offering me suggestions and letting me choose whether or not to accept those revisions. I am in control, so that is perfect for an OCPD person like me.
What do you dislike about the product?
Being a relatively new user, I have not found anything to dislike about Grammarly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly is offering succinct suggestions to me as I write, whether it is for professional purposes and private. It easily offers me the choice of making a change or not.
