What do you like best about the product?
The rephrasing suggestions. The fact that you can choose the tone of the text, or the possibility of prompts. I like the quality of the language and vocabulary check. The rephrasing feature should be further developed. Open-AI can correct your basic grammar, but Grammarly has the advantage of making the rephrasing sound non-AI-generated. I also like how easy it is to use and implement the suggestions. I use it every day, and it is necessary for me since I am a non-native speaker and have to communicate and work in academic environments.
What do you dislike about the product?
The technical performance could be improved. Sometimes it's just not working, as if it's deactivated. Also, may add a "small" AI bot with whom you could discuss more about writing the text. The prompts window is too limited in understanding and developing the type of writing you want.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Help me write emails to my co-workers. Do academic writing. Proofreading.
Grammarly is my go-to for proofing tools
What do you like best about the product?
While I have a professional proofreader, Grammarly is a great secondary back-up to continually ensure all of our brand publishes content that is spelled and worded correctly. We also use Grammarly to scan all submitted content for plagiarism and AI. Grammarly is easy to use, and we utilize it weekly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. I love Grammarly and have no complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a century-old national brand, our marketing team works to ensure that all content we post is accurate and spelled and worded correctly. Grammarly provides us an additional level of review which helps preserve our brand quality and authority. We also use it to ensure that all content submitted by others, usually our blog, is original and not plagiarised or using AI generated copy — we have a niche brand and a strict no-AI policy on all content.
It is a great software writing correction and fine tuning
What do you like best about the product?
It's suggestion to improve clarity of sentences.
What do you dislike about the product?
It sometimes gives suggestion changes the meaning of the original sentences.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives a wide variation of my draft sentences. Some sentences do reflect my idea better than the original sentences.

What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly has been fantastic and has drastically improved my writing. I think the best part is that it has helped with efficiency. I used to read over emails and memos a hundred times before sending them out, but with Grammarly, I can have it looked over real quick, take a look at the suggestions, and send it on. I recommend this to anyone who does a lot of writing at work!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issues I have experienced may not be an issue with Grammarly itself, but I had some issues with it randomly not showing up in my Office 365 browser.

The efficiency and clarity of my writing.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it helps me rewrite things using a different tone. It has improved my typing and communication skills. My emails are now cleaner and more on point. It is a tool I use every day and I LOVE IT.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike anything about Grammarly. It is all around great.

Before Grammarly I would use unnessary words, misspell words and use incorrect punctuation. Now I am able to write my emails with more confidence.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the portability of Grammarly; I can work anywhere seamlessly and not be distracted by formatting, and I can focus on the words I write to get them just how I need them.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be too clever; I am a creative writer, sometimes it doesn't get it when I am being deliberately ungrammatical - or making longer repetitive phrases to add rhythmic impact.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Distractions on formatting... It alos gives me a great thinking space.
I truly enjoy using Grammarly, it is simple to use and gives me peace of mind

It gives me peace of mind that my writing will be solid and error free. I enjoy using the suggestions and improve the quality of my work.

At times grammarly does not recognize specific language and writing patterns that bring more flair to the conversation. I just ignore the prompts trying to correct me.

Helps me to create quality content and improve on my vocabulary.
Terrific addition to my writing and editing toolbox
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly is that second set of eyes I need on my writing to make sure it's crisp and engaging. I love the way it offers excellent revision suggestions while still allowing me to maintain my own writing voice and style. It's also customizable enough that I can eliminate many suggestions that don't fit with my style, tone, and voice, greatly speeding up my editing and revision.
What do you dislike about the product?
Much of my writing is for the web and contains hyperlinks, which Grammarly often removes during its edits. I wish it would maintain those hyperlinks all the time. It's also frustrating that if I change to a different window, Grammarly forgets where it was and I have to start over from the beginning of the article.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Whether editing my own work or one of my writers, Grammarly greatly speeds up and improves my editing workflow. It instantly catches problems and areas for improvement that I might have taken much more time to spot, and some that I might have missed altogether,
Great Tool for All Kinds of Writing
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly helps me avoid typos and spelling errors which lessen credibility. It helps me avoid writing in the passive voice too much, offers suggestions for making statements clearer or more powerful, and generally makes my writing more effective, whether it's a blog post, an email, a memo, or a professional article.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, Grammarly's suggestions are incorrect or remove the personal tone from my writing. Additionally, it tries to correct quotes from other sources, but these are small annoyances compared to the value.

Grammarly corrects my typos so that my writing is credible.
A professional writing tool for professionals
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly is a professional writing tool for professionals who needs to be precise. Grammarly ensures that when you are writing emails, text, and documents in general, that it is professional and grammatically correct at all times. As a business owner, Grammarly increases the overall communication effectiveness of my business.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that is least helpful, however, I will mention that they Grammarly icon that pops up out to the right may need to be a little more user friendly in moving it around and out of the way when needed.

Grammarly eliminates the need for me to have a proof reader of documents, as well as, enables me to consistently communicate effectively and knowing that my spelling, grammar, and context of my writing is always correct and professional. It's essential for my business effectiveness.
