What do you like best about the product?
I like that Grammarly makes my sentences have good grammar. It's handy for ensuring what I'm going to convey is communicated correctly. I use it in my day-to-day life, especially for drafting mails and formal communication. Also, I find Grammarly very efficient and simple to use, so much so that even school kids could use it.
What do you dislike about the product?

I use Grammarly to check my sentences and draft emails, ensuring they're free of grammatical errors. It solves grammatical problems effectively, helping me convey my message correctly and maintains good grammar in my formal communications.
Necessary for grammar improvement but needs UI improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I like auto credit the most in Grammarly, which helps me write better. Auto garbage pitch is also beneficial, which assists me in writing and improves sentence construction.
What do you dislike about the product?
Grammarly's UI can be improved, it feels very hard, it should be easy to use. The UI should be made a bit new, and the options should be written a bit bold so that they are written well. Initially, it feels very hard, but as you use it, you get used to it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Grammarly to help with typing, such as correcting spelling and sentence tense, which shows professionalism in my written content.

It could also reduce occasional overcorrections and provide better context awareness for creative or informal content. Expanding advanced features in the free version and improving performance on longer documents would also add more value.

If I use a word that's not quite the right fit, it automatically shows me better alternatives in a dropdown box, which helps me choose a better word. It also helps by correcting grammatical mistakes when I write scripts quickly, making it very useful for my gaming channels. The initial setup of Grammarly was very easy; I just had to download and set it up, then make the payment, and it was all ready to go.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think there's anything that I don't like about Grammarly. Everything's good. And, one thing that in particular that I felt is, sometimes Grammarly don't tend to automatically work for specific paragraphs or something. So where I have to where I have to call it and where I have to select that paragraph, and I have to ask them to refresh it or something. But apart from that, most of the time it comes in, automatically, but sometimes you have to call it that way.

I use Grammarly to automatically correct grammar in my fast-written scripts, making it very useful.

Even though the tone detector is useful, it doesn’t always understand deep context—like sarcasm, regional language style, or niche jargon—so some suggestions can feel off. On phones or tablets, the keyboard extension can sometimes slow typing or lag, especially in apps that already have predictive text, which can disrupt the flow. Grammarly sometimes marks perfectly valid text as an error because it’s strict about English standards, which can frustrate advanced writers.
