Essential Tool for Polished, Impactful Writing
What do you like best about the product?
I use Grammarly to write social media posts, send emails, and do my school work. Grammarly helps me to organize my thoughts and set the tone for specific audiences. I like that Grammarly can make my work more inspiring, friendly, and interesting. When I write posts in memory of my son, Grammarly helps me encourage others who have lost a child. I am direct when I send emails, and Grammarly softens my words so I do not come across abrasive. I like that Grammarly can review my writing and improve it. It was very easy to setup.
What do you dislike about the product?
I use a particular font when I send emails in Gmail. When Grammarly improves my writing, it makes the corrections in a different font. I want Grammarly to keep the current font.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly helps me organize my thoughts, set the tone for audiences, and make my work more inspiring and friendly. It improves my writing for social media, emails, and school work.

Effortless Writing with Diverse Style Options
What do you like best about the product?
I use Grammarly daily for correcting my email and text communication. It solves the problem with finding the right words, correcting grammar, and sounding more professional. I like the Pro features of setting different tones and writing styles. I love the convenience of having the keyboard-app and browser plugins without the need of switching to a different app. The setup was easy and simple. I use it with Google Workspace apps. I rated it a 10 because it's a really good app.
What do you dislike about the product?
Working with longer texts. This one could certainly be improved. Ability to set different styles for each page or section of the page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Grammarly daily to correct my emails and texts. It helps me find the right words, correct grammar, and sound more professional.
Time-Saving One-Click Edits Make Grammarly a Standout
What do you like best about the product?
I like the new tab feature on Grammarly that allows all changes to be made with one click. It saves me so much time although it doesn't also allow me to do it every time I need it -- just here and there which I would liked changed.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are quite a few times suggestions are made that do not make any sense. But, more annoyingly I hate the Grammarly icon hovering over a button I need on my screen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly helps me save times when writing emails, articles, essays, etc while also serving as a proof reader so I feel more confident I'm not misspelling anything, missing a comma somewhere, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Grammarly is how it quietly catches the small mistakes I don't notice anymore, especially when I've been writing for hours. It's saved me from sending unclear emails, awkward sentences, and tone mistakes more times than I can count. It feels like a second set of eyes.
Another feature I love is the real time, comprehensive feedback delivered through the browser extension. It's incredibly reliable and works seamlessly everywhere, including Gmail, LinkedIn, Google Docs, and even custom CMS fields. It goes way beyond basic spelling and grammar checks.

What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I have noticed using Grammarly is that sometimes it can be too confident about it's suggestions. There are moments it pushes changes that don't fit my voice, especially with creative or content heavy writing, so I have learned to trust my judgement and not accept everything blindly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly had helped me repeatedly avoid miscommunication, especially in Not for profit organizations where emails, reports, and proposals go to different audiences. It catches unclear phrasing and tone issues, so my message sound professional and respectful without overthinking.
Seamless Writing Assistance with Accurate Real-Time Suggestions
What do you like best about the product?
The real-time suggestions are quite helpful, it catches typos, awkward phrasing and grammar issues as I type without disrupting my workflow

What do you dislike about the product?
Makes my writing sound AI generated at time, need it to feel more natural/huamane, sometimes the suggestions are overly cautious, flagging perfectly fine sentences or recommending changes that make the writing sound generic
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly eliminates the need for multiple rounds of self editing. I write a lot of emails, documentation and content daily and it catches errors I'd otherwise miss when I'm moving fast. It's reduced the time I spend proofreading by at least half and gives me confidence that my communication is clear and professional before I hit send
Versatile and Intuitive, But Needs Tone Flexibility
What do you like best about the product?
I use Grammarly to improve my English language and communication skills, as it helps with both advancing my English skills and emotional intelligence. I like that it allows me to use it anywhere with its versatility on my phone, laptop, or as an extension, working in the background while I stay focused on my work. I love how it considers the intent of my messages almost instantly and guides in real time with the right expression and tone based on the purpose, whether for business letters, professional emails, or messages to loved ones. It quickly switches from a formal tone to a loving, warm one, catching the idea of the message I'm expecting. Setting up Grammarly was super easy, and it's easy to access and implement.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, Grammarly forces a softness in tone when I want to be a little harsh. It can feel like it invalidates what I actually feel by automatically considering morality, as it doesn't let one process their emotions. I think it could be improved by being more detail-oriented in judging the energy of the message.

I use Grammarly to improve my English and communication skills. Its versatility lets me use it across devices. It quickly detects message intent, adjusting expressions and tone for any context, which I find very useful for writing formal and friendly messages.
Rapid Error Correction, Almost Perfectly Reliable
What do you like best about the product?
I use Grammarly to correct the grammar of my written documents, and I appreciate the rapidity with which Grammarly addresses my errors. After correcting, I always double-check my documents and am satisfied with how Grammarly has done the corrections. Correcting these errors on my own would have taken a huge amount of time. I advise my colleagues who are busy with writing to use Grammarly because it's a wonderful program.

The only shortcoming I notice in Grammarly is its need for Internet access. I wish it were free of the internet.

Grammarly corrects grammar errors quickly, saving me significant time compared to manual correction.
Effective Writing Aid with Room for Contextual Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I like how Grammarly helps correct spelling and grammar, which is especially helpful given my keyboard malfunctions. It makes me sound more professional and look more competent in my communications. The setup was very easy, and I appreciate its compatibility with all my other tools and software except Mac Notes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally, I like to sound a little more colloquial. I don't think it's really possible for Grammarly to know what colloquial is in my context because I live in Uganda and often write in another language.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly corrects my spelling and grammar, overcoming my keyboard issues. It helps me communicate professionally and appear competent in emails, position papers, and therapy notes.
