What do you like best about the product?
Having a proofreader is very beneficial for my line of work when writing breaking news stories

As with all AI software, sometimes the suggested reworking of a sentence/s would make stories inaccurate. Software is great for correcting missing words but not something you should trust to do the work for you

What do you like best about the product?
Honestly, it’s how it catches all those small mistakes I usually miss. Like typos, missing commas, or weird sentence structure. Saves me from sending emails with silly errors.
I also like the tone suggestions sometimes. I write too formally or too casually, and Grammarly helps balance that out. Plus, it works everywhere- Gmail, LinkedIn, and even Word docs. Integration is super convenient.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it feels a bit too strict. Like, it suggests changes that make my writing sound robotic or not like how I’d normally talk. I get that it wants perfect grammar, but sometimes I want it to sound human, you know?
Also, the premium version is kinda pricey. It’s good, but not cheap. And now and then, it misses context- especially in technical stuff. Flags things that are actually correct, which gets annoying.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem it solves for me is catching small mistakes I’d normally miss. Before Grammarly, I’d send emails with typos or wrong punctuation, and honestly it looked kinda unprofessional. Now I don’t have to worry about that.
It also helps with tone issues. Sometimes I write too formally or too casually without realising, and Grammarly points that out, so my message fits better. Another big one is saving time - I don’t have to spend ages proofreading everything myself. It just does the heavy lifting.

I really like Grammarly for its quick response and its ability to be direct to the point. I also find the AI feature to be particularly enjoyable. Setting up Grammarly was easy, and it's an invaluable tool for research, emails, and work, helping with proof editing, reform, and rewrite.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Grammarly for my essays, and it helps me with grammar, an AI checker, and plagiarism checker. I really like that Grammarly can identify that my essay is in APA format and helps me correct citations. This has helped me get better marks on my essays. The initial setup was very easy since at some point I had Grammarly installed, and then I received an email for a pro discount and tried it—it was easy to set up. I've recommended Grammarly to many students before because it has helped me a lot, so I would give it a rating of 10.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it does not apply the same format to the entire paper, so for example, if something is in American English and I need it to be in British English, it does not format the whole thing.

Every day, I have to respond to a large number of emails during my shift. Thanks to Grammarly, I no longer worry about making grammar mistakes. It automatically corrects everything for me. I even used it while updating my current resume 😄
