What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to use. You can use the AI tools to help you refine your message/blog/posts/text and it helps me learn to improve my overall vocabulary and grammar

Maybe it could be a little cheaper but generally its really great

It helps me with grammar, and rephrasing things in a clear and coherent way

What do you like best about the product?
I love the integration into our OS and iOS devices making it easy to incorporate no matter where we are working from.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the lack of a native app. Having to log in online instead of a native app for iOS devices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We write content daily, and having a reliable output assistant is very helpful. Also, the tone tools are excellent for consistency. Other than that, the Writing Assistance is helpful with day-to-day business emailing.
Essential for Polishing Emails, Needs Tweaks for Third-Person Writing
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Grammarly is plugged into my email and automatically appears on websites with text editing. It makes checking spelling, grammar, and tone straightforward. Setting it up was easy, and I've been using it since high school.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that it struggles with speaking in the 3rd person when trying to sell travel. Grammarly also struggles on Canny. When using it on Canny it always pushes changed text to the end instead of where it is supposed to be placed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly helps with spelling, grammar, and tone in my emails. It's convenient as it integrates into my email and appears on websites with text editing.

The writing style selection and sentence completion features are really handy. It’s not hard to set up, and it’s a tool I find useful enough to give a high recommendation.

I dislike that Grammarly sometimes can't follow the instruction and changes the meaning of the sentence.

Many useful features are premium like plagiarism check and tone rewriting. It would have been better if more features were for free for students who can not afford.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Grammarly for writing my daily, weekly reports, monthly blogs, and report cards, and I don't need to worry about grammar and punctuation mistakes. It offers ways to improve my writing, which I appreciate. There was a time when Grammarly offered dictation, and I really enjoyed that tool. The initial setup was very easy. I also find Grammarly very helpful as it was during my studies, especially for checking plagiarism.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes AI really feels. I have to tweak it a lot. Probably making it feel less like AI. Switching from robotic tone to more conversational and friendly style can be done, for example by using natural language pattern, relatable phrases, and matching the user’s writing style and tone preferences. It's quite expensive. There are times when, if you don't offer a discount, I can't afford it.

I don't need to worry about grammar and punctuation mistakes, and it offers ways to improve my writing.
