Seamless App Integration, Needs Multi-Account Support
What do you like best about the product?
I like Grammarly's integration with apps because I don't need to leave the app space to use it. I can use it on every platform, making it versatile and convenient. The initial setup of Grammarly was very easy and user-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm frustrated when I change Google Workspace from one domain to another because I cannot use Grammarly properly. My subscription is tied to a single Google account, but when I switch accounts, I can't use it in the apps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly helps me prepare my documents and emails properly without leaving app space, as it integrates well with all platforms I use.

What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly is an amazing tool! It helps make my writing clearer and more polished within moments. Though I would prefer not to have grammar and spelling mistakes, this tool identifies them and offers corrections and suggestions for more appropriate wording. When finished, I can communicate more professionally. The real-time feedback is simple, helpful, and easy to apply, whether I’m writing an email, a document, or something more formal. Grammarly is a great tool for improving clarity and confidence in my writing.
What do you dislike about the product?
As helpful as Grammarly is, there are occasions when the suggestions sound less like my own voice and far too formal or overly polished. The free version is fairly limited, so many of the stronger features require a subscription. There are also limitations with some theological language that is frequent in my writing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The most obvious is that Grammarly catches grammar, spelling, and punctuation errors that are easy to overlook. It also helps identify unclear or wordy sentences that could be tightened for better readability.
One surprising, but appreciated element is that it offers stylistic suggestions that help keep the tone consistent with my career field. My writing now comes across clearer, more polished, and more confident.

Grammarly: Ubiquitous and Effortless Writing Enhancer
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how Grammarly has become more integrated into the software that I use, not just in a cloud writing tool like Google Docs, but in things that live locally on my computer or email construction, and even on my phone. It is invisible, and you don't have to launch something new, but it's consistently available in all the tools that I use most regularly. Grammarly is the backbone that's helping me think more clearly, write more succinctly, and avoid some of the things that would be pretty easy for me to get tripped up on. It's helped me be more intentional about phrasing more broadly and maintaining consistency throughout a talk or a document, and the tool is really good at avoiding common grammar and spelling mistakes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that Grammarly is regularly trying to incorporate more and more AI features into the way that it works, especially in content generation. I think that will continue to help. And hopefully find ways to not just write something, but also brain where you have something that incorporates your own voice as a communicator into the type of brainstorming or suggestions for phrasing that it offers.

I use Grammarly to avoid grammar and spelling mistakes and to think more clearly. It helps me write succinctly and maintain consistency in my documents, serving as a backbone for my writing.

I like that Grammarly is multi-platform, including the mobile keyboard, which makes it very easy to use. I find it very accessible, allowing me to use it in any scenarios.

Grammarly helps to tighten up my messaging to make it clear, understandable and grammatically correct.
Highly Customizable, But Pricey for Nonprofits
What do you like best about the product?
I love how customizable the style guide is in Grammarly. I especially appreciate the ability to add our own terms and language, which is very helpful since many things in our work have nuanced ways to spell or hyphenate terms. Grammarly makes it easy to ensure everyone uses the same terms, whether or not it's a common knowledge. It heavily reduces mistakes, especially when employees are new and learning, allowing them to focus more on their work rather than the specifics of style guides. Once I got through the initial setup of putting our style guide and terms into Grammarly, I found it very satisfying because now everything is set up and ready to go, making my work much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the suggestions Grammarly makes are not in line with what I'm trying to say. It tries to suggest rewrites that are almost the opposite or take my tone to an inappropriate place. This means the suggested rewrites can completely change the message and miss the mark. Also, the cost of upgrading to support more than one style guide isn't really worthwhile in my case.

I use Grammarly to ensure my team has a consistent style and tone across communication. It cuts down proofreading time and promotes adherence to our style guide. Its customizable style guide reduces mistakes during onboarding, allowing employees to focus on project work.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how Grammarly helps me with grammar, punctuation, and spelling, which is really useful since I struggle with those areas. It's super easy to use, and I don't have to do much more than hit a button and it does the rest for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how Grammarly starts checking by paragraphs while I'm still editing them because it often messes up my own editing. I would prefer to have the choice of when Grammarly starts auto-correcting rather than it doing so automatically. Setting up the extensions on different products was moderately easy, but it took a bit for me to figure out.

Essential Tool for Polished Writing
What do you like best about the product?
I use Grammarly for papers and it really helps me with word choice, coming up with better words than the ones I initially use. I also like that it catches many instances where I forget to add commas, which is super helpful. The initial setup was very easy. It's an excellent tool not just for writing papers but also for writing responses on social media.

After making corrections, Grammarly sometimes seems to come up with other scenarios or situations where corrections are needed.

Versatile Grammar Checking with Plagiarism Protection
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Grammarly checks my grammar and suggests different wording, which is incredibly helpful for my sermon manuscripts. The plagiarism check is another feature I really appreciate. I also like that Grammarly works outside of Grammarly.com, so it checks my grammar on emails, documents, and other web forms. The initial setup was very easy, and I'd rate it a 10 for recommending to a friend or colleague.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice to have a way to indicate that the manuscript is going to be spoken aloud, because some of Grammarly's suggestions work well for written form but not for spoken use. I also miss the native macOS app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Grammarly to check my sermon manuscripts for grammar, tone, and citations. I love that it works outside of Grammarly.com, improving my writing on emails and documents while also checking for plagiarism.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy Grammarly is to use. Once I type up something, it just corrects everything, and I just hit accept and move on. It helps make my emails sound more professional and prevents them from sounding like how I talk. It ensures that when I send emails to higher-ups, they don't make me look like an idiot. I also appreciated that the initial setup was very easy.

Grammarly helps make my emails sound professional, meeting higher standards expected by higher-ups. It also prevents me from sounding unpolished or 'too country.' It's easy to use, correcting everything quickly so I don't look unprofessional.
