It appears where and when I need it, but is never intrusive. Plus, the initial setup of Grammarly was very easy.

Enhances Precision in Academic and Work Writing
What do you like best about the product?
What I like the most about Grammarly is that it's discreet and not invasive. It's always thinking, rethinking, and refining the answer to get the best recommendation. It's not just one solution; there's a turn of refinement, then another, which helps me define the best way to convey the message I want to send to my audience. It's a good companion and I've found it very helpful since day one. I really like its features and the fact that there is no single answer but a refining answer until the best option is reached to convey the message.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it would be fantastic if Grammarly could alert me when a word is overused throughout a long paper. It would help to consider the task from a broader perspective rather than focusing on just a few sentences.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Grammarly to catch mistakes since English is a foreign language for me, structure phrases clearly, and craft crisp messages without using too many words.
User-Friendly with Some Glitches

I mostly use Grammarly to review emails and essays. It's really good at handling excessive or repeated words. I find it works really well with paraphrasing what I'm trying to say, making it sound more professional. It's just really easy to use and very user-friendly. The initial setup was easy enough.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think sometimes it glitches and actually makes words that don't make sense or it inserts the corrected word in the wrong place, messing things up.

Grammarly helps me with excessive words and rephrases my writing to sound more professional.

Outstanding Tool for Document Revisions
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly is very user friendly and helpful in writing to make sure all writing is concise and purposeful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only difficulty is the limited ability to check multiple pages of a document. I needed to make revisions to over 100 pages and had to do it in sections and it was difficult to make sure I corrected everything!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used Grammarly to correct documents and to proofread emails before the are sent to check for conciseness and grammar.
Time-Saving, Professional Tool with Minor Email Integration Flaw
What do you like best about the product?
I use Grammarly for email and word processing, and I really appreciate how it handles punctuation, spelling, and sentence construction. It's a time saver and helps me be professional. The initial setup of Grammarly was easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how when I accept a correction in an email, it causes the page to scroll to the bottom. The same thing happens in Word for Windows when accepting a change the next change is not on the same view and I have to page up or down to find it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Grammarly for punctuation, spelling, and sentence construction in emails and word processing. It's a time saver and helps me be professional.
Enhances Writing Clarity with Minor Usability Hiccups
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate how quick and succinct Grammarly is. The suggestions it provides are almost always an improvement over my own writing, which is really helpful. I love how user-friendly the interface is, making it easy for me to use. Additionally, I like that it gives context for why it makes specific suggestions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it annoying that even after creating a rule for a specific kind of quotation mark, I still have to fix or correct each one individually rather than having a 'select all' feature. Additionally, Grammarly sometimes gets stuck in a loop, changing my sentence and then suggesting to undo the change repeatedly. Also, I wish Grammarly wouldn't try to force me to install browser extensions or a product on my computer. I prefer using Grammarly in the browser at my leisure.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Grammarly to improve my overall grammar, provide synonyms, and enhance clarity in my responses, drafts, and documentation.
Essential Tool for Crafting Perfect B2B Messaging
What do you like best about the product?
Helping to craft a better worded 'everything'. Working in marketing at a B2B company requires a specific way of wording things. Some programs don't offer the ability to spell check or review text before submitting something (such as Adobe products), so having a way to check the text is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do greatly miss pressing Tab to auto-update my text. I don't understand why you removed it instead of offering people an option to turn it off in the settings. It's such a pain in the ass to mouse over text and click all over the place. Please bring it back or create an optional keybinding.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have had problems with spelling in the past when using different software. Having the ability to spell check on the fly while working on designs has been instrumental.
