What do you like best about the product?
I like the suggestions Grammarly makes and the autocorrect functions. They're just superb. When I'm working quickly, Grammarly helps me to focus on errors, ensures they're corrected, and makes sure my documents flow well and look very professional. The initial setup of Grammarly was straightforward too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes using AI tools like Grammarly can cause you to lose a bit of the documentation. That's really frustrating. The idea would be that it worked in such a way that it was incredibly user-friendly and didn't mean that you lost documents. Also, the cost is a concern, as it affects how likely I am to recommend it; without the cost factor, I'd rate it a 10, but due to the cost, I'd say probably only a three or a four.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Grammarly for punctuation and spelling, ensuring things are grammatically correct and words flow well. It helps catch errors quickly and makes my documents appear professional.

I love how Grammarly adds value by polishing all my emails and writing at work. The ease of use is fantastic; I just highlight and accept changes, which makes me a better writer. The rephrase feature is critical for me as I can jot down a stream of thought and have Grammarly clean it up. Setting it up was super easy, and I would definitely recommend it.

It recommends the wrong things. It doesn't understand sometimes when last names are being used. Also, it's expensive.

How it polishes and refines my messages, keeping them professional and accurate. Extremely easy to use and implement throughout the business. We use it daily, with every note and message that is typed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot think of any downsides, maybe not being able to completely control where the pop-up floating widget is.

I like how Grammarly integrates within various applications. It saves me time because I don't need to cut and paste to use it with the app. For example, if I'm in Gmail, Grammarly just works within the current app settings. I also find the initial setup quite straightforward.

Well, actually, in Gmail, sometimes it doesn't seem to work, and you try to get it to work. It can't get it to work sometimes, which is a bit frustrating. But, in other apps, like Word, it does work fine.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Grammarly is easy to use and doesn't take up many resources. I can use it on my phone and laptop, which is really convenient for composing messages. It integrates seamlessly with all the tools I use, like Microsoft Teams, Office, Outlook, and Gmail, making it always available when I need it to help me reword things or change my tone depending on the audience. It's very easy to set up with minimal instructions, and its lightweight nature makes it excellent. I find it cost-effective, and overall, it does a pretty good job.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't actually run into many issues with Grammarly. Every once in a while, it wants to change the wording of a technical document, which is a bit of an issue, but I just, you know, go and manually make the changes back to what I need to make them. If it understood technical processes and technical documents better, that would be great. But that's a minor nuisance for the benefit I get from it overall.

Grammarly ensures my tone remains neutral and prevents aggressive language. It corrects grammar and eliminates punctuation mistakes, avoiding serious errors.
