Grammarly is a must have digital asset for business owners, entrepreneurs, writers
What do you like best about the product?
I have used Grammarly for around 9 years now. I am a content writer, coder, SEO specialist and web designer. I also use Grammarly as an artist speaking about my work and also writing spritiual philosophy so my use case is WIDE, lol. Grammarly is crucial in correcting my dyslexic habits, in fine tuning text when I become fatigued after 8-10 hours work with few breaks. I use Grammarly across my mac, my socials, Google Docs especially and even in Wordpress. Grammarly never ceases to delight me in recommendations and tightening meaning and intention in prose. It also seems to understand nuance in a very particular way which I think is incredible. Only occasionally I have to turn it off as it becomes an eager beaver when prompting any LLM so that is just a switch it off solution. I pay a yearly subscription and happily so. I got a deal last year which was even more affordable but to be honest Grammarly is simply worth it. Just btw, I have written and checked over 40 million words so I know what I am talking about. When I say I have wide experience with Grammarly I was not kidding, lol. I have basically never had an issue with the platform or billing so I cannot comment on support but it is super easy to sign up. Grammarly can utilise alot of tools especially in its own interface, not just integration mode. I find the analytics especially useful. Generally, Grammarly performs without any hitches and loads constantly. It is a prerequiste in the tool belt of any content writer, no matter the function of work produced.
What do you dislike about the product?
Grammarly integrated into the web browser adds a floating icon, usually at the bottom right of the page. Sometimes, when you click it to toggle it off, it doesn’t respond as expected. At times it interferes with my work and feels distracting, especially when I want a free-flowing, creative mode without interruptions. Grammarly needs to address this, because I’ve noticed it across multiple web browsers. Even though I mainly use Chrome and occasionally Safari, I tested it in a few others to see whether it worked better elsewhere, but the issue still came up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly solves a few issues for me: cognitive fatigue, dyslexic patterns, grammatical bad habits, and the need for better structure and clarity in my writing. The voice feedback is also helpful, because it reminds me of different stylistic approaches and ways to phrase things.
I appreciate the feedback overall, and I find the level system motivating. I’ve been through so many levels, and that progress genuinely works as an emotional motivator for me. The higher-level feedback items and the suggested rewrites are valuable as well. I don’t personally use a lot of the AI rewriting, but I have used it occasionally, and it was quite good.

It catches mistakes fast and suggests better words. When I write code comments, email or API docs, it fixes grammar and makes my content clear and also helps in sentences in reports.
