Very helpful
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly helps our team when writing emails, proposals, agreements and press releases. We have found this to be very beneficial in many ways.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times I may not agree with the suggested revision.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Proofreading corrections and words cautious.

I like how it gives suggestions and can now be customized to fit your company's own "voice".

The pop-up can sometimes get placed weird and gets frustrating.

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy and convenient to use and helps correct grammatical errors before you send an email. Also helps you write more concisely or in your own voice and tone.
What do you dislike about the product?
It causes my system to slow down because it's analyzing all the text in email or other docs so I have to turn it off occasionally, or it causes email to crash often.

Grammarly has helped my colleagues and me with so much.
Because we are a non-profit, we collaborate with many people and do many things. We need to send emails, create content, and social media. But have to tailor it to diverse audiences. Grammarly helps us make sure that our tone, content and message are getting out in the way we need it to.

What do you dislike about the product?
Downsides would be in the ability to simplify the text or adjusting the message to be more easy to understand for someone with an intellectual disability
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tone. I used to be far too abrupt and direct with my emails which led to my messages being misunderstood.

What do you like best about the product?
Sometimes I can get so wrapped up with completing a task that I miss silly little things in my writing. Grammarly helps me to check back over everything and make sure what I'm writing makes sense and that I don't miss any punctuation that should be there. It's easily customizable to your own preferences when it comes to grammar and punctuation. It's easy to use and it's across all apps and software I use on my computer, so it's constantly checking as I'm drafting emails, writing communications plans and writing posts in our social media scheduling app.
What do you dislike about the product?
While I like the ease of customizing writing style, I wish it was possible to customize the writing style a bit more. There are some options to customize writing style, but it would be helpful if organizations were able to delve down further to customize their style guide for formatting (i.e. making sure dates and times are in correct format even if someone isn't using that format in their writing already, following AP style, etc.).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly is helping to make sure that my writing is perfected for any purpose I need it for. It's eliminating the need for an extra pair of eyes and saving me time.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that it integrates across so many platforms, including android. It gives me great comfort knowing that I can easily check and make sure that i'm using the right tone when writing. I tend to get straight to the point and sometimes that can come off rude, so Grammarly has been a saving grace to combat this!
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not a fan of where the little bubble sits across platform integration. It's often in the worst place and then I have to move it, usually several times before it sticks. It drives me a little bonkers, but not enough to not use the software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me with tone and punctuation. I am what you could call a long-winded comma over-user. Not only does Grammarly NOT judge me for this, but always seems to find a way to help me be more succinct in my writing and correct the comma overuse. I think in a way it also has helped me re-learn the rules of grammar and proper english because it's pretty easy to see the pattern in the types of mistakes I make in my writing that are always being corrected.
Life is so much easier with Grammarly!

The diction replacement suggestions to make the message more engaging!

The CRM system I use actively discourages, having Grammarly web browser plug-in, but I still use it.

I truly hate to proofread, but as a public facing role, where I'm communicating with many populations, it is so helpful to have the extra support when I miss easy mistakes.
A must have for business professionals.

It makes me not have to worry about simple grammar errors that so often plague someone trying to write a quick email or even a campaign email. It takes the stress out! I use it every day!

There aren't many things that I don't like other than sometimes the little Grammarly bubble gets in the way or causes issues on some websites.

general spelling, punctuation, and grammar checking is my most used features. I also like to use the AI assistant from time to time.

What do you like best about the product?
The suggestions are always top knotch and helps me make my copy easier to read and more clear all around

Sometimes when I click a red word, the extension doesn't turn on right away to change the wording.

I'm a content writer and sometimes get stuck in the silly filler words. Grammarly helps clear up what I'm trying to say while still getting to the point.
