What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Grammarly are the small improvements it helps me make with writing. Writing is a skill I am confident in but Grammarly helps fine-tune and elevate all of my writing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when the little Grammarly icon shows up next to text, it's in the way of where I need to put my cursor.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly is helping catch small mistakes and make my writing more direct.
Easy to Use and Effecient Style Guide Implementation
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly makes it very easy to catch typos quickly when writing. On my team at work, we have writing style guides, so being able to input specific rules and style guides into Grammarly makes copy editing work on my team much more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some websites where Grammarly doesn't necessarily check the entire page and you have to click into individual elements to check grammar. For example, in Articulate Rise, each block of text (paragraphs, steps, etc.) aren't all checked when you load the page, but instead you have to click into each of those blocks before it checks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team is mostly composed of writers and we don't have specified copy editors, so Grammarly works as a copy editor for us to proofread our content. It also helps our team stick with specific style guides.
Absolutely Critical for Writers
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly is easy to use, helpful and it integrates into major software like Microsoft Word and Google Docs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, changes get wonky in the online version of Microsoft Word or it doesn't show up on the desktop version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps me correct errors, make my writing more clear, and overall be a better communicator.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how Grammarly corrects my grammatical errors. I use it a lot for my emails and newsleter for my organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the Grammarly app doesn't pick up on my writings despite being logged in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It definitely solves my grammatical errors and word placements. It benefits me as a digital marketing manager when curating social media captions, emails as well as our org's newlsetter.

Great tool to use when emails or double checking grammar in a professional capacity.

Icon on the computer sometimes blocks what I'm writing.

Grammarly helps keep my grammar correct and my writing professional.

I like how easy Grammarly is to use. It looks great and allows me to select the types of feedback I want to receive. I use it daily for small emails or large documents. It is very easy to paste in documents to edit and review.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that sometimes, the "corrections" are wrong because the intent or meaning of my sentence was misunderstood.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am dyslexic, and I often have trouble writing. With Grammarly, I can hesitate less because my errors will be highlighted.
Great tool for my team
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly has helped all of our team members write more clearly and effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, Grammarly does not work as expected. For example, I will check a Word doc I am composing, and Grammarly will say that I don't have any issues (which I know is untrue), so I copy and paste the content into the web experience, and multiple issues are flagged.

Flagging typos and inconsistencies.

After using it for a few years, I've decided to get my company's premium subscription, which is fantastic.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price could be lower for students. I feel like it's a bit expensive for people with no income.

General writing but most helpful with documents;
Next level communications
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly helps ensure I am using the correct tone, verbiage, and punctuation in my communication. We are all busy and our brains can operate faster than we are typing. Grammarly helps fill in those gaps and fix the little mistakes. It is that second set of eyes to read over something before sending.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not always like all of the suggestions - but that is ok. I appreciate that it is picking up on something that may not be best for this communication, but could be in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is closing that gap between my brain and my typing. Fixing all those little things for me.
Grammarly for the win
What do you like best about the product?
I love using Grammarly on my projects because I move fast and am horrible at spelling and writing with grammar. Grammarly makes me a champ.

The widget sometimes is in an inconvenient place.
