Ease of Use
What do you like best about the product?
I like the way it notifies me of possible changes or suggestions makes it easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Being that our office is a special education legal office, we have certain formats in our settlement agreements which cannot be changed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammar check, wordiness, readability.
Helps me reasure that my emails seems more professional and accurate without grammer mistakes

I like the way it grades my tone. Helps me keep email messages professional and concise.
What do you dislike about the product?
It sometimes gets in the way. Also I signed up with FB which is blocked internally, so I have to jump through hoops to log in.

It has helped me to be clearer when messaging with my team and bosses.

Sometimes, the G icon shows up in places that bother me.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Grammarly every day and I love the suggestions that Grammarly provides that enhance the professionalism of my writing. I love that it integrates easily between my phone and my laptop.

I do not like the review window when working in a Word document. I think it is difficult to follow.

Grammarly catches grammar and punctuation mistakes.

What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly is convenient, easy to use, and saves me time and energy! I found Grammarly easy to implement, and truly use it every day. It helps me save brain space and devote my attention to the content of my writing rather than the construction, and I love that it detects tone and helps me write with more clarity!
What do you dislike about the product?
I've found Grammarly to have few downsides - sometimes it makes suggestions that are less formal than I would like, but it's easy to ignore those suggestions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly has helped me to make my communication with outside vendors/contractors clear and concise, and to make my internal documentation understandable. It has also significantly reduced the time it takes me to proofread my writing, as it does so while I am working.

What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly has saved me and my team on multiple occasions. I love the snippet capability as well as the AI features and the knowledge share base. We use it on everything! It was very easy to integrate as well as implement across the team.

I can think of anything that I dislike about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The writing assistance is great for checking the tone of the message and ensuring the correct points are addressed. Advanced spell-checking has also helped several of my team members.
