Grammarly - Easy to Install and Use
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the help that Grammarly gives me when I am writing emails and other documents to ensure that I am writing correctly and speaking properly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have anything that I dislike about Grammarly
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving the issues I have with typos and grammar. It helps out with writing correctly when typing.

What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly is integrated with multiple platforms, which is a time saver and allows me to use it consistently. I use it daily, from helping with emails to reviewing long-form documents, as does most of my team. It couldn't be easier to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not sure if this is a dislike as much as a reality - you need to check its work! Sometimes it suggests changes that change the sense of what you are saying. It also doesn't have a good memory of what you have told it to forget in a specific document, at times suggesting you change something you already asked it to ignore.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides an important 'second set of eyes' to my documents for clarity.

How quick it is to correct and suggest corrections. Very easy and help me with my grammer and help me be a better writer

Sometimes it changes workds that don't fit the sentence.

I've just started using this fantastic tool and wonder how I previously worked without it.
What do you like best about the product?
I love Grammarly. I work in PR, so I generally write every day. It's incredibly straightforward to set up and use, and although I'm confident in my use of the English language and its grammar, it is the perfect backup to avoid human error. I use it daily as a proofreading tool and like the fact you can dismiss the suggestion if you disagree.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've been using it since I started my new job around three weeks ago and have yet to discover any downsides.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a handy writing tool as I can't afford to make mistakes on client-facing documents, blog posts and press releases that will be issued to media. I love the fact that it sense checks as well as spell checks.

Not much to dislike about Grammarly. For someone who isn't a grammar geek it's helpful to have this tool at my side.

Grammarly is like a writing a coach and editor in one. It helps me catch any mistakes before I hit send or publish.

The little Grammarly bug that pops up in any text field often gets in the way of where I'm writing and can be a nuisance sometimes.

It cleans up my written content and helps me be more effective with written communication.

I love how it helps to make my communications clear and concise. I tend to think faster than I can type. It even helped me write this review.

The only issue, and not really on Grammarly, is it does not work with our internal system

What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly offers a user-friendly interface that makes it easy to find and correct basic grammar mistakes. The program is easy to implement and its integration with Google Docs is a game-changer. Beyond the obvious corrections, the suggestions for improving tone or clarity are often helpful. It's safe to say this is one of the few apps I use every single day.

What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest downside to tools like Grammarly is the tendency to over-rely on its "expertise." While the suggestions are routinely helpful, writers should always be sure to review the work on their own, as the AI behind Grammarly isn't foolproof. Some of the suggestions would make the copy awkward at best -- confusing at worst.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly is fantastic for spotting basic grammatical errors and accidental oversights. By making simple proofreading faster, Grammarly frees me to focus more on aspects like clarity, tone, and accuracy.

I really like the suggested sentence changes or purple underlines. Working in customer support, I often use repetitive phrases. Grammarly noticed this and helped me change my wording. It helps keep things fresh and helps me learn different ways of saying the same thing, a valuable skill in any customer-facing position.

Because I write customer support emails and internal technical documents for training, sometimes Grammarly confuses my writing style. This leads to the suggestions not always fitting the tone I am shooting for in the article.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly allows me to write articles and emails quickly, making the proofreading and editing process quick and painless. This saves me a lot of time, so I can increase the quantity of my writing without diminishing its quality. I am also learning a lot from the edits that it makes, so there is less proofreading and editing that needs to be done on my writing now than when I first started using Grammarly.
