A great tool for formal writing. Excited to see how it improves.
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the tone suggestions and gentle reminders to avoid wordiness. It's also got a great "define term" feature, which is helpful if you're someone who writes a lot of SOPs.
I love the ability to turn off or on suggestions based on the app and website. It's beneficial in areas where proper grammar, spelling, and punctuation may not be helpful, like with shorthand personal notes, or in a ticketing system with a lot of code.

What do you dislike about the product?
I would prefer to set default editing settings to APA standards. It's straightforward, avoids unnecessary punctuation, and creates a consistent style across platforms.
I also think the grammar function could use some tweaking. Every once in a while, Grammarly interprets word order incorrectly and will make an inaccurate suggestion.
It also has a tendency to exclude commas in front of conjunctions as a rule; however, that isn't always correct.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We write a monthly newsletter. Grammarly significantly reduces the turnaround time for professional editing, giving us another method to improve our accuracy and writing on the front-end before it hits the editor's desk.
Awesome tool to write without thinking about grammer
What do you like best about the product?
Its autocorrect and correction of English Grammer which helps a lot to write without thinking.

Nothing is here to dislike. Its an Awesome product

When we write to customers it helps us to not write incorrect english as well as it helps us to write professional English. It gives good impression

What do you like best about the product?
The Chrome extension is perfect. Grammarly just works when I work. Where I 'm composing it gives me all the corrections and suggestions I need to make sure the delivery is solid.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes those little hover prompts sit over the top of other prompts and gets in my way. Would be great if you could drag and pin to different spots when you need to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ensures business-professional communications. Helps me avoid embarrassing errors, improves my grammar, teaches me about my common mistakes, and shows me how I compare to peers.
Helpful - Not Subtle
What do you like best about the product?
I like that rather than just pointing out errors, Grammarly offers solutions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I find the plugin really distracting while I'm writing, and that sometimes the placement overlaps with the platform's tootls (ex. in Microsoft Word, the Grammarly button overlaps with the clipboard to copy/paste). I also find that sometimes when I click on Grammarly's suggestion, it either does not apply it to my writing or it duplicates the word intead.

It takes out an initial proofreading step and allows my team to focus on the content.

Grammarly is so useful, the extensions have saved many miscorrected and misspelled emails sent out to many people and clients. Ease of us and the number of features is so important and useful!
What do you dislike about the product?
That there isn't a vocab expander or a study sheet to learn new words and expand your vocab that is free.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly solves my issue of not spotting the misspells or the wrong use of a word, which then offers suggestions to fix it. The suggestions aren't required which is very useful. Benefit me by keeping my emails professional.

I love that I can customize the account so everyone on our team uses hyphens - or our company name - correctly every time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more synonyms - I'm always looking for more options.

We're a small in-house comms team, and Grammarly gives us the confidence to share/send/finalize publications because we trust that there correct.
Next best thing to remembering all the grammar rules from grade school!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the way it finds all of my comma mistakes as well as the grammar ones. And it finds any misspelled words, too. If there is a word you purposely misspell for your specific business, you can dismiss it so it won't show as a mistake. I do some writing through an AI, and Grammarly even finds mistakes the AI missed.
What do you dislike about the product?
You can't move the icon so if there is something hidden underneath it, you have to figure some other way to see it. I would like to be able to use the app inside other programs, such as Adobe In Design

Correct grammar and punctuation are essential when it comes to writing as a business executive.

Sometimes it makes suggestions that make the email sound a little too impersonal.

I love that the system runs in the background checking everything I write and I have it running on every device I use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside of using Grammarly is that my Adobe apps don't currently support it so I have to write everything in another app and then copy/paste.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a Communications Director, it has been very helpful to have our internal rules established inside Grammarly. This way our teams are always being coached on how we communicate.
