What do you like best about the product?
I like that it allows me to have another set of "eyes" on my writing. It is easy to use, and I use it many, many times a day.

I'm not sure. I haven't really found anything that I do not like.

What do you like best about the product?
It works seamlessly across most platforms and applications. Helps to ensure writing is grammatically and punctuallity correct while providing phrasing suggestions.

At times, the suggestions bubble gets in the way and cannot be moved. This is primarily when using a mobile device.

Seamless and adaptable. It is painless to use and not disruptive. the summaries are helpful.

A Lifesaver for Clear, Polished Writing
What do you like best about the product?
I love that it fixes my grammar. It has never been my strongsuit, so it has been a lifesaver. I also use AI to enhance my writing, make my sentences flow better, and capture my thoughts more clearly.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much I dislike. I find it works well in Chrome and in Word documents. It also works really well on the web.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly is definitely solving my grammar issues. I know I can trust it and rely on it to get the grammar correct. It also helps a lot with writer's block. If I am stumbling over a sentence and don't know where to start, I can put in some raw thoughts and Grammarly does a really nice job of adding the finishing touches to the writing to make it more polished.
Essential for Legal Writing, But Needs Refined Suggestions
What do you like best about the product?
I use Grammarly to write legal reports for law enforcement, and I really like the suggestions and grammar corrections it provides. It helps me maintain a confident tone while writing, restructures sentences effectively, and corrects punctuation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Grammarly sometimes does not understand how not to correct a quote or adds words that do not need to be in the sentence or paragraph. If the phrase or quote is in quotations, it should not automatically change it. Also, it tries to change specific words used in legal writing. For example, it changes 'greatest' to 'most significant,' which is unnecessary.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly fixes grammar errors, helps with sentence restructuring, and ensures an appropriate tone in my legal reports.
Efficient for Emails, Needs Faster Snippet Loading
What do you like best about the product?
I use Grammarly mainly for work, like sending emails, and it helps with communication and tonality. I find it efficient and appreciate the snippets. The initial setup was also very easy and convenient.

Sometimes snippet loads slow. Like when we type things out it should reflect the snippet it corresponds to.
