Grammarly is like having your very own English Teacher on your payroll!
What do you like best about the product?
Not only does Grammarly help with spelling and gramar, it helps with sentence structure, different styles of writing, and suggestions to sound more professional! It is a big hit in the office. It's one of the best application for out company.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, it will request the same suggestion despite me wanting to use a specific word. It also acts strangely by suggesting off the wall ideas. or corrections that don't make any sense.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The style of writing for differenct situations. This creates a more professional perseption of our company.

I've always considered myself to be a grammar-conscious person, so naturally, I was happy to discover Grammarly. It's helped me to craft concise documents that I share with my colleagues.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that sometimes the phone app doesn't quickly recognize or correct mistakes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly helps me to quickly edit and revise.
Great potential with some downsides
What do you like best about the product?
The Snippets feature is the best aspect of the tool. I also like the ability to create a style guide to make sure that company trademarks and product names are consistently correct.
What do you dislike about the product?
Snippets don't reliably work. Some of the grammar suggestions aren't helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our customer success team needs a way to quickly and accurately respond to the same questions from customers over and over. The Snippets feature aids in creating email and text responses to our customers. For members of our team who aren't very strong writers, Grammarly helps improve their writing from spelling to clarity.
Grammarly - The best tool every professional should use
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly is very user-friendly and lets you adjust your requirements based on the level of your writing. The new AI feature is great. Again, it gives you many choices of how you want what you write to be presented. I have always considered using the options Grammarly gives me and more often than not, I have used them.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can only use Grammarly on my google documents. I find it difficult to you with my Microsoft documents.

It is helping me write clearly and efficiently

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Grammarly shows me how my writing can come across to others. I also like how Grammarly's suggestions help me to hone in on the message I am trying to convey.

Grammarly does not always appear when I'm tying and I have to remember to turn it on when I don't see it.

Grammarly has eliminated the need for an editor.

What do you like best about the product?
I truly enjoy the desktop option. I can login and paste a document for the grammarly review. I am unable to have the extension downloaded, therefore, this is a nice and user friendly replacement.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't care for the constant email updates. I sure I can fix this. I just haven't truly looked into it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly is great for reminding me of grammar rules I have forgotten. It also does a lovely job helping me with my tone and delivery.
Speaking through words
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly has challenged me to use clearer and cleaner sentence structures. I'm a terrible speller, and I use the wrong punctions constantly. It has helped me use language to communicate more effectively. I like to see the reporting of how well I'm communicating to make sure I'm getting better at speaking through words.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not really a downside to using Grammarly. The more times you use it, the less you become reliant upon it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Effective communication through words allows the writer to get right to the point. There are no extras to worry about, like fluff.

With its ability to address issues such as bad grammar, poor tone, and bad spelling, this powerful tool can help you communicate with clarity and confidence.

What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly is such a flexible tool that has integrated SO easily into my workflow, no matter the app or platform I'm working in. It's easy to accept and reject suggestions, and choose from a variety of tones to improve the consistency in my writing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, I wish Grammarly was a bit more trainable. For example, our brand standards are AP style and do not use the Oxford comma. No matter how often I've rejected the suggestions—or tried to tweak things in my settings—the suggestion always pops up to add an additional comma where it is not necessary. But, overall that's an easy thing to overlook and move on from, and certainly not a dealbreaker.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a copy editor for a blog, I primarily use it as my second brain for proofreading/tone consistency. The plagiarism checker is also outstanding and so easy to use!

What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to use, the way it is integrated into almost every product I use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that it tells me to rephrase something but doesn't suggest a way to rephrase it. Sometimes it doesn't work and I don't know why.

I'm not a native English speaker, and it helps me a lot with spelling and grammar.
