Made me better
What do you like best about the product?
I love how it corrects my puncuation and all the extra unnecessary words into a sentence.
What do you dislike about the product?
I doesnt have an ignore button on the sugguestions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It removes unnecsaary word in my sentences. and forces me to be more direct in my conversations.

What do you like best about the product?
The recommendations Grammarly provides help me think of other ways to write. I like the ease of use and the number of features.
What do you dislike about the product?
It sometimes tries to recommend a sentence that then doesnt make sense and you have to go back through and see what its next recommendation is.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a helpful tool that improves my writing in several ways by checking grammatical errors, and punctuation mistakes and offers suggestions for style enhancements.

It is so helpful in allowing us to ensure that the right tone and voice of the document is listed

it has a very slow choppy application and the website is only slightly better.

clear communication
Grammarly has been a great tool for maintaining my professionalism within my Non-Profit.
What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy that it helps review everything I write, including this survey. In addition, it's been a great help with my schoolwork.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally, Grammarly will combat against built-in spell checks and either override the correct information, or it will get stuck in a loop of correcting itself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly helps me send out professional emails to my business partners and colleagues; in addition, If I don't feel as though my writing is the best, it'll write better for me.

Vocabulary can be increased, emotions are difficult to judge.

Email and report writing. It's benefitting me to write professionally and correct grammar

It's interactive feature especially the AI component

It doesn't work well on slow internet connection which is prevalent in africa

As a non-native English speaker and fluently bilingual, t's very helpful.
What do you like best about the product?
It's very helpful. It's like having autocorrect plus 1 always. It helps a lot with email composition, is very user-friendly, and, if I'm not mistaken, I use it daily!
What do you dislike about the product?
The multiple reminders to sign in. Sometimes I have over 4 pop-ups reminding me to sign in. It can get a bit annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
From my perspective, Grammarly is solving my second thoughts when typing a message or an email. Being bilingual and Spanish being my first language, sometimes, when I type things, they make more sense in Spanish. Grammarly helps with composing my sentences with the proper mood, grammar corrections and the like.

What do you like best about the product?
I interact with many people, and my response time and grammatical accuracy have improved.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, the icon is in my way, and depending on the software application, it cannot always be moved. The grammatical suggestions are not always relevant to the context.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are in contact with our customers daily. Our CSMs use Grammarly before a response is sent. We also use it for our knowledge base.
Great tool to be used for work! It helps edit and perfect everything we send out!
What do you like best about the product?
The AI features for making suggestions using different tones of how you want the information to be is fantastic, it allows for different perspectives and helps make it better! Incorporating grammarly into everyone program is fantastic! Being able to check if the thoughts are truly someones own with the new tool is fantastic as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Grammarly is leaps ahead of editing information and creating creative writing and flow. It allows for ensuring the information is authentic. I would like to see them keep growing and implementing with other programs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a quick editing tool to ensure spelling and grammer is correct. Also using the AI tool to create new ideas on how to approach.
Helpful for the fast-paced
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can quickly edit typos and consider tone suggestion changes without rewriting a whole message. I enjoy the weekly reviews, which are motivating but also sometimes gives hints to my mood (tones) the previous week. I also appreciate that, as a company, we can add suggestions (for example, when we write an acronym, we can ask Grammarly to suggest spelling it all out).
What do you dislike about the product?
I know this cannot be helped, but it's tough to write in note format with Grammarly turned on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Spell and grammar checking primarily, and also helping me double check my tone.
