The Best Grammar Editing Software
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of writing and communication. Grammarly makes you better every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike about Grammarly; sometimes, there is a lag. I am not sure what causes it, Grammarly support can look into this issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me to communicate with different people differently. You can be personable, professional, confident, etc. while writing emails or even communicating over chat with others. It also improves your writing skills with each passing day of Grammarly use.
Grammarly is Awesome
What do you like best about the product?
I have come to depend on Grammarly so much this last year. I use it every day. It's so easy to install on either the desktop version or Chrome and our business account covers everyone's email for easy integration. It helps me from all the really bad grammar and spelling errors that I would normally send out without noticing. Not only that, but with the higher paid tier, it even helps you spin your words so they can seem more formal, more pleasant, etc. It is so nice to have Grammarly tell me I sound rude in an email so I can change the tone before I send something off and sound like a jerk.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few words that it doesn't know, but it learns them easily enough. The only big problem you might encounter is if you're not a fan of the Oxford Comma because it will insist you put one in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me fix my poor grammar and spelling mistakes. It also helps with context observation so I know how I sound to others.
Handy for editing
What do you like best about the product?
Helpful for picking up conciseness, small grammer issues, and proofreading.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it would pick up more passive-voice instances. And sometimes it needs to be reloaded to work properly, which makes me think there are still bugs to be worked out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Proofreading and making sure sentences are easy to read.

What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly is a great tool to ensure you are communicating clearly and professionally.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are not many downsides to Grammarly. The only downside that comes to mind is that when I select the suggested correction, it will sometimes not correct the issue and I must click the option multiple times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly helps me sound more empathetic and professional. Grammarly also corrects any spelling or grammar errors.
I love how grammarly is integrated into all of my programs.

I love the suggestions that it has for the writing styles.

I wish the suggestions for re-write was in all of the programs.

Sometimes, I cannot think of the proper way to word my sentences, and Grammarly helps by providing multiple suggestions.

I love how it constantly keeps me on my grammar game! My manager and I use it daily and LOVE it.

Nothing! So far I've had a great experience with Grammarly.

A lot of proofreading/grammar checking. Soon I will use it for AI writing assisting.
The quality control check I knew I needed
What do you like best about the product?
Spell and grammar check. I am much more concise as a result of using Grammarly, and as someone who makes lots of errors typing, my work product is more professional.
What do you dislike about the product?
Grammarly does suppress my own writing voice with its suggestions. This is something to be conscious of.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I make lots of errors while writing as I write in a speaking voice. Grammarly helps tighten my writing with intuitive suggestions.
Helpful professional check
What do you like best about the product?
I LOVE that when I am buzzing through tasks in my day and sending emails that Grammarly has a Personable suggestion.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I am in a document that is not mine and there are so many wonderful suggestions, it is difficult to not accpet all of the suggestions.

Works well with most of my apps, and also catches errors while I type. I especially like the "tone" function.

Does not learn from user - rather relies on input

Very sophisticated in the new AI era
What do you like best about the product?
I love how it generally detecs and autocorrect, also the multiple devices support, on desktop, browser, and smartphone.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really wish the new features would be integrated with chatGPT.

The proofreading and autocorrect. And benefits in email writing a lot.
