Easy to use

Always correcting me and helping with emails

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use and catches not only grammar but also tone in the text. Catches things that are internal and recommends I change them for external stakeholders. It allows me to keep references for internal verbiage and translate them easily as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that I dislike is sometimes, when sending emails, the Grammarly suggestions don't underline the text and instead use "down the street" from the underlined word.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It benefits me by providing suggestions on tone and how the text feels when I cannot detect it. It suggests sounding more informational rather than questioning the information I am providing, providing more clarity.

What do you like best about the product?
IT GIVES ME A PERIODIC OVERVIEW OF MY ACCOMPLISHMENTS, MY WRITING STREAK, PRODUCTIVITY, ETC. THAT LETS ME KNOW HOW PRODUCTIVE I AM.
What do you dislike about the product?
CAN'T GET THE LITTLE RED ICON IN THE BOTTOM RIGHT HAND CORNER OUT WHEN I'M TRYING TO SEND A LONG DETAILED LETTER!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
IT'S AN EASY FIX WHEN WRITING QUICKLY AND YOU MAKE MISTAKES AND THEY FIX THEM FOR YOU AUTOMATICALLY ~ IN CUSTOMER SERVICE WE DO ALOT OF WRITING!
Easy to track and simplistic utilization..
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy Grammarly as it gives weekly feedback on my productivity levels with accuracy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be cumbersome writing emails or drafting articles with Grammarly constantly trying to critique. I find that sometimes Grammarly is trying to recommend unneeded changes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly helps streamline my workload. I enjoy the overall ease of use and backup.

What I like best about Grammarly is it identifies words that we all use way too frequently; it helps to build on your vocabulary.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I find least helpful about Grammarly is when it suggests synonyms as a replacement for overused words, sometimes the suggestions really do not make sense in the sentence.

Grammarly helps with improving my vocabulary range.
The best tool for error-free writing and proofing
What do you like best about the product?
Most suggestions are great and the tool helps me remove needless words. It's too easy to accidentally add an extra space to a sentence or use fluffy language—Grammarly eliminates that. The AI features are great, too, and allow you to stay on-brand by adhering to a certain brand tone. I like that I can have it re-write a sentence that feels clunky.
What do you dislike about the product?
The underlining can be a bit distracting, but it becomes second nature after a while.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm writing email and web content much faster as a writer. You'll always need to know how to prompt its AI tools to stay on brand, but the latest features are really helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly is completed integrated in my applications, so I always have confidence that my writing is being checked. It is simple and easy to use. I really enjoy the weekly analytics and it motivates me to write more.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of any downsides! I reccommend Grammarly to others often!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I write a lot of content for my organization that will be used by employees and our vast network of volunteers. Grammarly gives me confidence that my writing is not only correct in spelling and grammar, but also helps me phrase things in an appropriate tone.
Quick grammar check and wording alternatives
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it gives immediate suggestions and highlights typos and mistakes right away. I don't need to copy text in another window or wait. Also I can add customized rules and special words. I also like the option to turn it off for a session or specific source.
What do you dislike about the product?
Oftentimes the Grammarly sign covers the send button in some forms. For example, in LinkedIn messages I see this issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a non-native speaker I often times make mistakes or use repetitive words. Grammalrly helps me with both: suggest better wording and correct typos.

What I like best about Grammarly is that I can use it with just about every writing tool I have, and it is so helpful and easy to use. I use it every day, whether on my phone or work computer.

Probably, that it is on the expensive side.

I sound more professional and confident. Also, it helps the team a lot.
Grammarly as a writing and editing tool
What do you like best about the product?
It improves the writing by giving options, suggestions, and helps in implemenation of your own words accurately. It can be used as many time as you want and there are no limitations. There is integration options and it provides ease in using the refrence styles. There is always a customer support provided by the grammarly supporting staff.
What do you dislike about the product?
Every thing is good about grammarly, there is nothing to dislike. However, the prices are at hike.

Editing, proof reading, suggestions provision, and help in maintaing and managing the tone of the writing
