Life Changing
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Grammarly is its ability to catch grammar and spelling mistakes in real-time as I'm writing. It's like having a personal editor right by my side. Another great feature is the ability to set goals for writing, such as tone and clarity. Grammarly provides suggestions to help achieve those goals and improve overall writing skills. Additionally, the platform is user-friendly, making it easy to navigate and access all of its features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Are there keyboard shortcuts? I Can't make anything work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It saves me time by catching mistakes that I may have missed and allows me to focus on the content of my writing rather than worrying about the technicalities of grammar and spelling.

It makes you aware of the way you speak. My diction and language has changed so much while using Grammarly

It often tries to change my language to a passive one which is not ideal in a Law Firm

I think the fact that it corrects or makes suggestions to make my sentance flow and sound more professional.

Sometimes, the icon for Grammarly does not appear and does not come back until the next day.

The main problem as described in my last answer/ it doesn't appear when I need it.

What do you like best about the product?
I struggle with punctuation sometimes, and Grammarly helps me with it. It also corrects my typos.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't always give the right correction. It doesn't seem to be capable of understanding a sentence or its surrounding paragraph, so it gives incorrect suggestions. But it's not a big deal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Punctuation and typos. Keeps my writing clean.

What do you like best about the product?
I type quickly and don't always catch my mistakes. Grammarly assists in cleaning up spelling errors, helps to clarify my message and I like that it offers voice inflections. I love that it's a plugin and automatically shows suggestions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the corrections in sentence structure can change the meaning of what I'm trying to convey. It's usually helpful, but occasionally a change won't be ideal and I'll adjust it back.

Grammarly assists in cleaning up my language and conveying my message in a poised, correct way.

The perfect tool to support high-performing content teams
What do you like best about the product?
The bit that stands out about Grammarly is the ease of use and how naturally it can feed into your day to day usage. The chrome and other browser add-ons make it easy to use frequently and it's TEAM features are easy to implement - no matter how big or small the team is. As a business user, we also love that we can define the brand tone of voice and this makes it incredibly ease to integrate into our way of work - no matter which team uses it
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall our experience has been largely positive. Cost can sometimes be a factor - so it would be good to have some other tiers to consider. And at times, the AI-powered support can be a bit challenging as it tends to crash or provide outputs that aren't particularly very useful. But this is partly an iterative issue - so we expect it to learn as it goes,
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly really helps our team put out better quality work. Yes, we're a team of content professionals - but despite our best efforts, occasionally errors or typos will crop up, and this is where Grammarly has helped. The predictive part of it is also extremely helpful - especially as it is neatly integrated into our Google Docs and Sheets suites. And most importantly, it helps all the content output meet the brand tone of voice and guidelines.

Best Writing Assistant I've Found
What do you like best about the product?
I work in admissions at a large private school and know that everything that leaves my office must look professional. As an English major, I feel like I have a really good grasp of language and semantics. However, Grammarly helps me identify when there's a better way to say something that will make the most sense of the information provided. It also lets me know how my correspondence sounds - friendly, business-like, etc. I feel like Grammarly has my back!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the suggestions aren't exactly what I'm trying to say, but all I have to do is click ignore. No problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly is quickly letting me know how my correspondence is coming across to others in case I need to make a correction. It is also giving me the best way to word parent correspondence. I feel like Grammarly is helping with the problem of just putting something in writing and not worrying about how it sounds. It's making users think about what they are saying and sending.
