Wonderful help with making emails more professional
What do you like best about the product?
It's such an easy integration and I don't have to think about using it. It just shows me what I could improve. I highly recommend it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it suggests a change which when it makes that change, necessitates a lot of other changes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making emails more clear and concise.
Great reminder for even the most grammatically-correct people.
What do you like best about the product?
If you are a manager or leader who oversees other individuals who are responsible for communicating with customers, Grammarly is a fantastic tool to ensure that everyone on the team is sending the right message - and grammatically correct, too. Even if you are already adept with grammar and writing, Grammarly helps remind you of those bad habits to improve your overall communication and clarity - I've already used suggestions from Grammarly to correct a few in this review alone.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that the little pop-up bubble was easier to move. It often pops up in the middle of a small text field and then I can't see what is being written underneath it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly keeps the communication, clarity, and level of professionalism in our team's messages consistent and to the point. The more individuals you have working on a customer support team, the easier it is to have disparate tones and levels of clarity in the communication with customers. Using Grammarly helps everyone to sound professional and keep clarity at the forefront of their writing styles.
Straight forward feedback that improves documents overall
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Grammarly integrates with documents all my programs seamlessly and makes suggestions that improve correctness, tone, etc., all within the document. I use it every day at least once every 10 minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is a little wonky. I click to make change and it slices sentences weird. Inputs the change into a spliced sentence without deleting the old text. The problem seems to be application specific so it's likely an interface issue with that specific program.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Correcting punctuation, keeping tone in business documents consistent, catching things like "then" instead of "them" that are missed by Microsoft word.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how Grammarly can easily make your emails look and sound professional and at the same time make any spelling or punctuation corrections.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike Grammarly. If anything it has helped me make some of my emails shorter and to the point without sounding passive aggressive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The issue that Grammarly has solved is providing guidance on making my emails shorter and to the point. The benefit to that is that even though your email is shorter it can still sound professional.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I do not have to manually open a spell checker every time I type something on my computer.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Grammarly icon shows on my computer at all times, unless I close it and manually open it.

Sometimes, I type quickly, and my grammar is not up to par, so I am grateful for Grammarly.
Grammarly has been incredibly my writing advisor!
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly provides me with some suggestions for my writing, which has been so helpful for my professional career as I hugely need some writing assistance to be more stand out. Grammarly can adjust my writing with the tone that I would like to use. Sometimes I struggle with grammars as I am not an English-native speaker, however, I no longer have to be worry about my grammars. Personally, I have learnt a plethora of things from Grammarly, especially how to choose better word choice and construct sentences in different tones based on our writing preferences and styles.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would probably love to see if Grammarly could also provide an additional feature for setting up different tones. Sometimes, I need to write a letter in a business style, but also, on the other hand, I write one in a friendly tone. So, having a feature to set up different writing tones based on our preferences would be indeed useful for users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a non-English speaker, Grammarly has been so helpful in providing me with some suggestions in writing, whether it is paraphrasing, suggesting better word choice, or improving my grammars.

It is very intuitive and helpful in learning grammer new ways of writing

It should also suggest how to convert active voice to passive voice and vice-versa

Time Saving Helpful Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly helps to edit documents and emails beyond spell check. The feature I like most is the rephrasing for clarity and adapting to a preferred tone.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the program could distinguish redlines and ignore them when offering suggestions.
