great quick tool
What do you like best about the product?
Accurate, easy to apply corrections so I can type quickly and get my thoughts out while still being professional and grammatically correct.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a Canadian, not all suggestions are accurate

What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly always gives great and reliable recommendations that I can trust it will be the right writing decision so I often take their suggestions. It will suggest improvements for a entire phrase other than only the single word.
What do you dislike about the product?
Grammarly's botton is quite annoying and in front of EVERYTHING! I often have to be moving the botton aroung so I can actually see what I am writing.

I am not a great writer so Grammarly helps me with my spelling
The free version is great, the paid could be better
What do you like best about the product?
I like how the extension works on the browser and the fact that you can get definitions by clicking words. I like the target audience feature called "adjust goals" to get specific recommendations based on the target audience and what you're trying to do with your writing.
What do you dislike about the product?
It misses the mark sometimes with recommendations, gets things wrong often, and sometimes there are glitches. I wish the "adjust goals" tool was upgraded even more to be more accurate and collect more information like the age of the reader, fluency in the language of what they're reading, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a writer, it's an easy way to proofread writing and get an idea of how the text will be perceived and how easy it is to understand.
Grammarly Makes Me Look Good!
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful part of Grammarly for me is the sentence structuring corrections. Grammarly's suggestions for rewording sentences help me communicate clearly and concisely.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything I dislike about Grammarly. There are no downsides.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly solves the problem of disorganized thinking and communicating. This benefits me because I am better understood and more accurately returning solutions to my team.

Helps to write clear concise emails. Easy to use.

I have no issues with Grammarly and would recommend it.

They suggest me to write in ways I normally wouldn't.
What do you dislike about the product?
I hate htta they always want me to change a whole sentence at once rather than letting me select which of their suggestions to accept.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's just ok. My mac already catches errors, grammarly jsut makes more suggestions though I wouldn't necessarily view it as more helpful

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it shows me how to make my correspondence short and professional. I sometimes ramble; showing me how to word the sentence for the best comprehension is a plus. Even here it gave me suggestions!
What do you dislike about the product?
I really have no dislikes about Grammarly.

My spelling is not always the best - I know with Grammarly I won't be sending out emails with misspelled words or sentences that are hard to understand

I like that it lets you know that something you typed out was grammatically incorrect.

It is always popping up, kind of annoying.

Punctuation and overall grammar.

It highlights style and structure irregularities (depending on my filters). It minimizes the potential to write as I speak, which sometimes does not cross over well.
No issues with implementation. No issues with customer support (never used it).
I use the program daily: every time I write something I use it. Email and document creation. It's easy to integrate- you can use the imbedded application (i.e., Word, Xcel, etc.), you can use the phone app, or the web/browser version.

What do you dislike about the product?
It sometimes goes in loops with specific phrases, providing clarity, then re-assessing, providing more clarity. Reassess again, and sometimes you end up right back with a word or phrase that was corrected initially.

It alleviates the write as I talk issues that may diminish the effect and impacts of my business writing.
Grammarly is quick and on spot with words.

Grammarly is extremely helpful with the words that I don't know which to use. It helps rearranging the sentence to make since.

Sometimes Grammarly doesn't work and you have to click it, which it seems that it resets it.

It helps me figure out how to write the sentence and which words to use and not use.
