Great way to check your communications for clarity and accuracy.
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly does a great job alerting you to possible errors and mistakes in your writing. It's easy to accept or reject a recommended update.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Grammarly icon that appears while it's active can be a bit annoying at times. I find it can temporarily cover up important action buttons on the screen. There may be a way to easily move this icon out of the text area or disable it, but I haven't found it yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly helps ensure we send accurate and professional emails both internally and externally.
A valuable addition to our communications toolset
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly is great at reducing common errors in our everyday communications, which increases clarity, efficiency, and accuracy. It also helps us speak with a more consistent tone across the organization and gives us a more professional, polished presentation overall.
What do you dislike about the product?
For some reason, Grammarly is constantly logging me out, which requires me to log back in. I frequently receive emails that says the app has not been tracking any activity for me, but I never sign out of Grammarly. Signing back in is a nuisance, and I've not been able to figure out how to stop this from happening.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem is ambiguous communications to both teammates and clients, and with an inconsistent brand voice.
Grammarly keeps me confident in my writing
What do you like best about the product?
I love the intuitive use of the product. It is so quick and easy to feel confident that my writing is efficient, clear, and concise. The tone suggestions are amazing and really help me to be mindful of how my message is coming across. It's great that I can use this on my desktop and have it available across all of my work whether editing in Word, browsers, or in e-mail. Love it, and I use it every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
I actually had no idea I was signed out so I spent weeks without it. I wish the pop up would prompt me to resign in on my desktop but either way I was able to reconnect and get it fixed.

A valuable assistant in our team's work. We use it frequently. Easy to use with good functionality and features. The implementation is ease, and the integration with other apps.
What do you dislike about the product?
it does not support other languages. Not good integration with edge

Improving the quality of our documents. Speedness in writing.

What do you like best about the product?
I think the best quality of Grammarly is its ease of use, ease of implementation, and its customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
I guess the only thing I dislike about Grammarly is its low discount for frequent users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly helps me to edit my reports/ papers and become aware of my mistakes. Also, It helps me to deliver my point in an efficient and comprehensive manner.

It catches grammar mistakes, when I use too many commas, and it also helps me with the tone of my message.
Grammarly is the best!
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly is easy to use. It helps me with not only my spelling and grammer but my tone of voice and use of concise language. It easily integrates with everything I use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't seen a disadvantage of using Grammarly so far.

It is helping me to be a better writer and communicate with my team members for effectively and efficiently.
Not sure how I survived without Grammarly
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly is a fantastic tool that I'm not sure how I survived without out! It not only helps me with my grammar, punctuation, and spelling, but the AI feature is quite helpful. I can give Grammarly my idea and it will construct a paragraph that sounds amazing. I love that I can also change it up a little to sound more like my own voice. It was very easy to install and implement on different platforms. I use it every single day.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that I find frustrating is that Grammarly doesn't work with Publisher and sometimes it is a little sensitive, not working all the time. But with the desktop version, you can work around any temperamental issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly has really improved how I write. I didn't realize how bad I was until I started using it!

What do you like best about the product?
The consistent grammar checking and help rephrasing sentences and word options. It is a helpful tool for writing emails, social media content, and papers!
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't know how bad my grammar was! It is great to have this tool now, but wow! So many little details Grammarly catches! So this is actually not a dislike. There is nothing to dislike about Grammarly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I write social media content for a non-profit organization. So, rather than having multiple people proofread my work, Grammarly does it all for me! Making my job so much easier!
It Really is Helpful
What do you like best about the product?
It catches my overuse of commas, and suggests ways that I can be less wordy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest downside is sometimes it pops up on screen when I really, really do not want to use it.
