Very happy with using Grammarly for work purposes!
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly has caught mistakes I usually would never see or check. Even if I proofread my work, I still seem to miss a few typos or grammar errors. Since I have a job that is client-facing, I think it's a huge component to maintaining a professional persona.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally, the interface is buggy, gets in the way of other programs, or can (on rare occasions) insert typos into text. I find that this happens when I select an edit and the software implements it in the wrong place.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Grammarly both for client emails, as well as proofreading large technical documents before sending them to clients.

correcting the entire sentence instead of just one error.
What do you dislike about the product?
when it makes suggestions that don't sound like sentences we actually write.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's just spelling mistakes and punctuation like commas.

I used to be good enough in my written correspondence, but now I think I got much better! I like the most options on how to re-word sentences so they look more straightforward, sound more confident, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, the suggestion doesn't look good.

It "smooths" my sentences, so they look more like native speakers would write.

What do you like best about the product?
Because if Grammarly, we are able to streamline our email and social media marketing creation. This allows for more efficiency so that we can focus on serving our community.

Downsides would be that the Grammarly keyboard is a bit clunky on my phone

Speed is the key. Because we can more efficiently, write, we can do more of the work that we're here for

Grammarly has given me insight into how my tone comes across to others. It has also been so helpful in seeing the areas I need to improve in my grammar and syntax.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the suggestions are not correct, but these are few and far between!

Grammarly has helped our business manage the tone we use with our customers.

What do you like best about the product?
I've always loved using Grammarly for spelling and grammar - but in the past year, with all the advances in AI, it has exceeded all expectations. In a few clicks, we can change the tone, length, or direction of our writing. The extension lives on all my pages, and it makes things like form letters feel 1000% more personal by being able to update them 1x1. Things continue to get better as we go!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be a smidge overwhelming when it's ALWAYS there (for example it's giving me suggestions as I type this), but it's worth it for the help!

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is making sure we add all the commas and semi-colons - but really, it is helping us re-write our content to be more professional and helpful. I used it at a previous role and it's the first thing I purchased at a new role.
Grammarly helps make sure you are using correct grammar when sending emails to customers.

Writing emails and taking notes. Especially ones that are client facing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it wants to add periods at the end of pullet points in notes on ClickUp.

No grammar errors in my emails or notes.

I love the tone analysis that Grammarly does. I find it make me much more aware of the way I'm writing and how it might be perceived by the recipient.
