Grammarly helps encourage better writing
What do you like best about the product?
I like the level of input and suggestions the tool makes, and how it extends across browsers, applications, and even mobile SMS. I appreciate its weekly analysis that identifies the number of words written, vocabulary used, and more, in comparison to other writers who use the tool. It even helps identify the tone you are writing with and how much. All very encouraging.
What do you dislike about the product?
As much as I trust the input, I find there are times when the suggestions are not good ones, and then when selecting suggestions on a document that is being redlined, it doesn't remove the redline but instead, pastes its suggestion in the midst of the redline, so once viewing the document without markup, it has non-words and errors throughout.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping to identify grammatical errors and suggest better phrasing of sentences within documentation and reports.
Fantastic office support tool!
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that it works across multiple platforms, Word, Outlook, browser support, etc. I especially like that I can set up preferences for the office that should be applied universally, such as the style guides, but then I can also set up my preferences, such as using the Oxford comma.

What do you dislike about the product?
I do not know enough about the new AI features to know how our data will be used or the privacy restrictions, so we have not integrated that feature. That's not necessarily a dislike about Grammarly; it's more about us being cautious.
There isn't much about Grammarly that I dislike. Other than on days when my writing seems lacking and Grammarly identifies too many errors!

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Proofreading of our office communications is handled primarily through Grammarly, which saves staff time.
Perfect tool for non native speakers
What do you like best about the product?
As a nonnative speaker, Grammarly helps me with sentence syntax, tone, and typos daily. I have a C-level position and used to request proofreading support from my colleagues before sending an important email or sharing important documents. Grammarly is giving me the independence to write, while I'm learning to have better written English.
What do you dislike about the product?
My work is multilingual, and Grammarly doesn't recognize that an email or text on a document can contain two or three languages. Sometimes it takes time to detect typos or review suggestions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly helps me have better text syntax and professionalism in my written work. English is my fourth language, and I learn English through TV, music, etc. I didn't have a formative lesson plan to learn this language, so I always feel like my written English is not to the functional level that I needed it professionally
Grammerly as business writing companion
What do you like best about the product?
It helps not only with correct spelling of words, but helps seamless with proper grammer. As a non-native English person it just helps making my communication professional.

The popups can be anoying and distracting, interfering wit the writing

It gives great recommendations on sentence structure, grammar, spelling mistakes, and how to change a sentence/paragraph to sound better.

Some of the recommendations don't make sense.

Ease of use and it's use in our over seas offices.

No much of a down side with the application. It is easy to impliment.

What do you like best about the product?
It cleans up everything: spelling, concise sentences, and suggests words I wouldn't normally think to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes its suggestions aren't what I'm trying to convey. But noo problem I just dismiss those.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solves spelling problems, too many cluttered words in sentences, and makes me sound smarter bu suggesting new words.
Helpful for writing professionally and for school
What do you like best about the product?
Identifying passive voice, wordiness, and rewritting sections to be more clear. Very easy to use and the ability to modulate the tone for different uses is wonderful. I use it ever time I'm on my computer.
What do you dislike about the product?
I tend to have sentence structures that I naturally default to, which can make my writing's cadence repetitive. I wish there were a setting that either showed the pattern so I could break it up or, even better, create suggestions for rewriting existing sentences into different lengths and structures.

Spelling and grammar are always needed, but I like the features that engage with my writing's tone and voice the best.

What do you like best about the product?
Correcting my phrases correcting my spelling. Grammerly gives me the confidence to send a perfectly said email.

Medical terminology. Sometimes Gramerly does not get the term

The little green Grammarly box that you can click on for suggestions. It is always in the way, when I am using Microsoft products.
