Grammarly is easy to use and simple to set up.

Some of our industry-specific words get autocorrected incorrectly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly helps my organization sound professional and hit the right tone every time. It helps our customers have a friendly interaction with everyone who uses it and makes sure we are not sending out messages that could be interpreted as harsh or unfriendly.
Great for ESL and non communication specialists
What do you like best about the product?
I am a graphic designer and find that Grammarly helps keep my tone and spelling in check! It helps greatly to communicate complex ideas and works far better than spell check!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Grammarly worked with Adobe products as they are the programs I spend the most time in. It would be amazing to have a plug-in for InDesign and premiere pro especially!

Grammarly is helping me be more effective and efficient with my emails and descriptions. As someone who didn't major in English it is a huge help!

What do you like best about the product?
I like how Grammarly is always there no matter where you're typing (even currently). With me wearing nails, I mess up on things sometimes, but Grammarly keeps me on point.

Nothing honestly. Grammarly has not many flaws to me.

Grammarly is solving my improper speech while at work, i am not one who always sounds professional over emails.

I am not a native english speaker, it helps a lot for grammar and spelling corrections in the emails I send to customers. This not only correct me directly, buy also teaches me better english.
Grammarly is essential!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Grammarly works in all interfaces. I also really appreciate the ability to choose the tone of my communications.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Grammarly and other spellcheck tools don't agree which causes certain webpages to glitch.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time is of the essence, and Grammarly allows me to spend less time proofing emails and other communications before sending them.
Level up your writing
What do you like best about the product?
My writing at it's best is full of gramactical errors and run on sentences, using Grammarly has leveled up my writing! I use it everyday and the integrations for Browser and my OS are great! Organizationally we can set our tone and business use language!

I can't think of any downsides, we have no complaints

Immediate Feedback & Style Suggestions
What do you like best about the product?
I love that it provides you with immediate feedback on your sentence structure, composition, and, of course, grammar. You can choose to accept the suggestions or ignore them, and this puts the control in your hands which I appreciate. You can also paste in a fully written email or paper into the web portal and let the system know what your objective of the messaging is, and it will provide you guidance based on your tailored objectives.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it "over-takes" the spell-check by highlighting your entire sentence and providing suggestions, when you might only want to change a word or two. Hard to explain this in writing, but the suggestions sometimes get in your way, visually, and maybe you don't want to ignore it but you want to correct spelling first before you review the suggestions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sometimes I can be really verbose or unnecessarily complex - Grammarly helps me to streamline and simplify (for example! Grammarly just told me to remove "really verbose" and say "verbose").
Great and helpful for everyday use!

The most helpful thing about Grammarly is it helps to find all of my spelling and grammar mistakes.
