What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly helps ensure everything I'm writing is clear. And since I can get stuck looking at the same words for a while, Grammarly helps me think about how things can be worded differently.
What do you dislike about the product?
The widget can sometimes be difficult. If I close out of it, I struggled to find how to turn it back on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There's so much noise out there, especially in how we communicate things. Grammarly helps eliminate useless words and be concise.
I'm a writer for a living and still LOVE Grammarly!
What do you like best about the product?
The suggestions are great, and it's easy to agree or disagree with them. It's always nice to have a second opinion about punctuation, especially commas!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I really butcher the spelling so bad that even Grammarly doesn't know what I'm trying to say. But that's not your fault. That's mine!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sometimes re-organizing a sentence does make more sense, but there's rarely time to "ponder" that question. So this gives me the best version quickly.
Really helps my technical teams communicate to an non-technical audience.
What do you like best about the product?
It helps my support and management teams communicate in a positive manner. Having my team understand the tone of the email before sending the message helps ensure we keep our relationships with other teams positive. The product works with most web and application interfaces.
What do you dislike about the product?
Costs can be high as you try to scale up to large enterprises.

Ensuring our communications with our customers and employees are positive in nature.
Great tool for daily business use
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, intuitive and practical. It helps on the daily tasks, such as writing proper copororate emails with a set tone.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not really a downside of using Grammarly. Up until today, I have not found any downside.

It is helping me elaborate deeper and more precise, the coporate emails i have to send daily.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it catches your errors and allows you to easily fix it in any application you use, and I love using the AI to improve my emails to coworkers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the inaccurate errors. I feel a need to double-check some errors that pop up, as it's not always correct in assuming the use of phrasing. I've corrected Grammarly's suggestions multiple times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping me ensure the tones of my emails are coming across how I want them to. It's also catching typos when I'm in a rush.

It's great for clarity and cutting unnecessay words.

It isn't always accurate, but that's to be expected.

It can pick up anything that i've missed, or offer an alternative sentece structure which helps with variety in my work.

What do you like best about the product?
The biggest thing Grammarly helps me with is clarity. It rewrites sentences for me when they get convoluted with unnecessary words. It also helps with placing punctuation in places that make the most sense.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't always like the tone detection, especially since I use it in a professional environment and it wants me to change my tone to more casual, or it says my tone is depressing when I have to give unfortunate news.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly is helping me when I'm at a loss for how to word something. I can write what I am thinking (ineloquently) and Grammarly will give me suggestions for how to make it work.

Grammarly added a lot to my professionalism. I am no longer worried about typos, or tone!

Sometimes the G icon sticks on my screen and hides some content.

Proofreading my reports and emails. Tells me the tone of my emails. Suggests more professional word order.

I like how you can use grammarly on any platform. You don't need it to be an extension.

I dislike how long it can take to for prompts or grammarly suggestions to show up.
