Usually Good
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly catches the small mistakes I make when typing in a hurry and makes suggestions when my brain can't figure out exactly how to word things. I appreciate the option to review the suggestions and either take part or none of what is offered. I also appreciate that it applies to any writing I do on my computer - be it emails, creative pieces, or even teams chats. Heck, it is reviewing this review as I write!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the system makes very strange grammatical suggestions or cannot pick up on the nuance of the language used in my field. Like all tools, it is excellent as a broad catch-all - and needs close monitoring when working within a niche environment. Further, the "suggested alternative words" it suggests are rarely the tone I wish to convey. I can appreciate the availability of the tool. Still, seeing all the "lines" and knowing that a good chunk of the suggestions are not helpful can be frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly catches spelling and grammatical errors made when writing in a hurry, and can help combine long and complex sentences to make my writing more clear. It is a relief to have a second pair of eyes on my work to catch spelling errors.
It is very helpful and thorough.

Allows me to relax a bit due to errors being corrected and saves time!

Sometimes the corrections are not what I would want to say, so I do double check the messaging

Time, accuracy and professional branding
I would be lost without it.

I enjoy the autocorrect and writing suggestions included when the plugin is enabled.
What do you dislike about the product?
It still gets confused at times and contradicts itself. For example, if I type salespeople it will flag it suggesting I change this to sales people and then flag that suggesting I change it back to salespeople.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly provides a great option for spellchecking and offering suggestions while using the Chrome browser.
It's a quick and easy tool to help with improving writing.

It helps me improve my writing, and the suggestions are helpful when you want to elevate your skills.

Being too personal when I want more business-like grammar.

Occassionally there are suggestions that do not make sense to what I am trying to communicate. This may be due to the specific language of my field of work.

It has assisted me with communicating more clearly and helps me with tone of voice.

Grammarly helps me check for plagiarism when I use AI-generated content. It also helps me word things correctly for publishing on the websites and social media platforms I work with.
Makes emails a breeze
What do you like best about the product?
I love the improve it option to use AI to help elevate my email experience. Being a business women with migraines, sometimes brain fog days make it hard to articulate what I want. With Grammarly I am able to type out my thoughts, then let the app pull them together in a professional manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Grammarly tries to change the style of my wording or remove words that help enhance my email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly always catches every missed comma (I miss a lot...) and helps me articulate what I want to say when my brain is having issues putting words into a formalized manner.

I love the Grammarly Go IA. It has really taken my writing to the next level.
