Instant Error Detection, Elevates Writing Clarity
What do you like best about the product?
I love how Grammarly catches mistakes instantly while typing, so there's no need to wait until finishing a draft. Beyond grammar, it helps make sentences shorter, sharper, and easier to read. I also enjoy how it acts as my personal dictionary and improves my vocabulary. Grammarly's real-time grammar and spelling checker is fantastic; it instantly catches typos, subject-verb agreement errors, misplaced commas, and other common mistakes. The ease of initial setup was appealing—it was straightforward to start using with just an email address. I appreciate how it instantly improves clarity, which is part of why it became popular compared to older grammar tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
While improved, it can still miss the meaning behind a sentence. For example, it might suggest changes that alter the intended tone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly solves unclear and error-prone communication by ensuring correct grammar. It instantly catches mistakes while typing, helps make writing sharper, acts as a personal dictionary, and aids in formalizing student assignments. Grammarly Makes Every Message clearer and it helps me be more professional in every way.
What do you like best about the product?
Even though I’m fluent in English, Grammarly has proven to be a valuable asset when drafting and refining any type of document and/or communication in my work environment. It has helped me discover new ways to express my ideas depending on the audience—whether it’s the general public, a customer, or my company—so the message lands the way I intend. It not only improves the flow of my writing, but also helps me paraphrase and reshape my thoughts so my messages are clearer, more concise, and straight to the point. As a matter of fact, I'm using Grammarly when redacting this response. It is a very easy-to-use and adaptable software, with zero complications and an easy-to-understand design. Because of this, the implementation throughout the company has been a breeze, and it integrates with the majority of applications I use daily when communicating with others. Because of this, I use it daily, applying its tools whenever I need to do so.
I haven't (yet) been exposed to Grammarly's customer support (in person or AI), and that is good, because I haven't needed to do so. Yet, if they are half as good and clear in their customer support procedures as the software is, when delivering quality results, then this is indeed a program that can only move forward and be better with time. If I ever need to reach out to a customer support representative, I'm sure I'll get superb attention and an answer to my needs.

What do you dislike about the product?
Apart from it not being as fluent in Spanish, and requiring, sometimes, a little more knowledge (the program), in technical and legal jargon, this is a program that really does tick all my buttons. I haven't found anything I dislike per se, because, in my opinion, this is a very comprehensive suite of solutions for what I seek in a software like this. Its competitors don't stand a chance with Grammarly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly is helping me communicate more efficiently with my coworkers and customers. This software has helped me better my writing skills, be more precise in transmitting ideas, and, remarkably, it helped me bridge a communication gap during some particularly hard negotiations, where there was a cultural communication hurdle to be surpassed. Because I deal on an everyday basis with English-speaking people, who make a considerable part of my business, Grammarly has helped me gain an edge when compared to my competitors and their communication skills in a language that is not our own.

User-Friendly Yet Inconsistent Suggestions
What do you like best about the product?
I find Grammarly very easy to work with, especially the suggestions it provides. It boosts my confidence in the words I use, making me sound more confident. I also appreciate its ease of use and the simplicity of its installation process, which takes just a few minutes. Once installed, it integrates seamlessly with Word, allowing me to review and correct my text effortlessly in one go, and I can choose whether to accept the changes or not. Additionally, Grammarly is user-friendly, with an option to use it directly online by uploading documents for immediate editing. Overall, it's very accessible and quick to set up.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing that does not work well with Grammarly is that there are times when it would suggest alternate sentences or changes like using an n dash, m dash, or comma. When I accept these changes, Grammarly will often provide another alternative, creating a loop where it goes back to the previous suggestion or keeps suggesting and resuggesting the same change again and again. It feels like a tug of war and requires me to look at changes multiple times. If this could be fixed, it would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Grammarly to help with punctuation, especially with commas, and to restructure wording since English is not my first language. It assists in drafting content and letters better.
