Clearer messaging
I am a good writer, and Grammarly has made me a great writer.
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Grammarly's suggestions for improvement of sentence structure. Grammarly does more than find typos and grammatical errors. It improves my writing by checking for things like tense, tone, and unnecessary filler words. In fact, I've already made two corrections suggested by Grammarly just in this paragraph! (Currently, Grammarly is suggesting that I remove the filler phrases "things like" and "in fact".) As a grant writer, Grammarly strengthens my writing by showing me where I can be more direct and ensuring that I am not making silly grammatical errors. I use Grammarly daily; it syncs seamlessly with my computer's software, and I don't even think about it unless it detects a problem.
What do you dislike about the product?
The challenging thing about Grammarly is that some of writing, such as a choice to use an Oxford comma, has more to do with personal preference and less to do with proper English rules.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly assists with proofreading and identifying grammatical errors. Grammarly is solving the problem of making my writing more readable and direct.
Grammarly has been very helpful in helping our team be aware of tone of their emails.
What do you like best about the product?
It is so easy to use and to integrate with the plugin.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't always recognize the tone intended for the email. Sometimes we have to write stern/direct emails, and it tries to soften it.

Helping understand punctuation and tone.
Love this tool! Everyone should have this in their back pocket for work!

I love that it just picks up what I need right away! Very user friendly.

I have no issues, perhaps maybe customer service.

Mostly writing assistance! Helps when I'm in a crunch!
It is a wonderful experience. Intuitive and personalized
What do you like best about the product?
I love that it is a background app that analyzes any text I type in any application or page. I like that it works in parallel and actively in every function I develop. I use it for my work; it has helped me a lot to improve my English and grammar. I have learned new ways of expressing myself. And I also love the weekly email reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I don't like is that sometimes it has such rigid programming that according to what is written, it sends an edit that is not the sense of what one wants to say, but nothing that can't be solved obviating the message and putting dismiss to suggested edit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I receive a testimony written by a colleague. Among all the things I have to do with that testimony, I have to check the semantics and syntax of that text. It helps me a lot to edit the expression, it helps me to better expose an idea. It helps me a lot to identify immediately what kind of grammatical errors are being made by the person who wrote that testimony.

Sometimes, it interferes with technical reporting.

Very easy to use and provides sound suggestions for my writing.

The plugin can be glitchy sometimes and I've had to restart my computer to get it to work.

Grammarly makes it easy for me to copyedit materials.
Helpful but sometimes distracting
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to set up and use. Usually I like the suggestions as I write, and the tone filters can be pretty helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is distracting, and the widget and pop-ups can get in the way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My grammar is already pretty good (so says my Grammarly report each week!), so mainly it just helps me edit and fine-tune things.
Very helpful when your first language isn't English or grammar is not your strong point.
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use. Great for spell check and grammatical error check. Easily integrates with Outlook and other apps. Few clicks and you are good to do, easy implementation. Never had to use customer support, but from what I know they are good. Use it everyday!
What do you dislike about the product?
No negative aspects of Grammarly. Only feedback is they need to step up their AI engine.

It solves my day to day problem of spell check and proof-reading.

Its ability to blend the writing styles of multiple people into a unified, consistent whole is impressive.

The integration between it and Word lacks fluidity and could be smoother.
