Grammarly helps with more professional communication.

I haven't really had a negative experience.

Catches things that I wouldn't think of
What do you like best about the product?
Grammary is an unobtrusive app that assesses your writing in a bunch of helpful ways. Of course, spellcheck has become common everywhere, but the stylistic recommendations it makes are a great help in avoiding things like passive voice, unnecessary words, and unclear sentences (especially when writing a complex sentence with, say, an interrupting phrase).
What do you dislike about the product?
The floating icon for the app sometimes gets in the way and I wish I could get the same functionality but without the floating icon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly has helped us as an organization to standardize our proofing. It's also helped to ensure we're eliminating long-windedness, which is something we've struggled with.
Writing with confidence
What do you like best about the product?
I like having another set of eyes on everything I write. For "bigger" pieces I'd previously ask someone to look over my work. However, the reality is everything is a "big" (important) piece. A quick email sent to a colleague could have destating effect if I miscommunicate. But it's not realistic to have someone look at everything I write. Until Grammarly. Grammarly is always available and provides instant feedback. On everything.
What do you dislike about the product?
Grammarly used to provide an option to "disgree" on their suggestions. I'm not seeing thsat any more and I don't know why.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Provides input on every word I write and catches mistakes and provides suggestions.

It helps me immensely by catching my spelling & grammar errors.

a lot of clicking to solve the errors & underline is very distracting

What do you like best about the product?
It's amazing the program especially when I receive a lot of emails and I want to reply professionally it's generating amazing replies to my client
What do you dislike about the product?
It supports only one language English I think maybe in the future should support more languages it will be very nice also if you can implement more in Windows to be everywhere not only in the word or Excel to be every text field in Windows.

Help me a lot to improve my my English language also helped me to send emails in a professional way also generate an AI replies for my clients and my suppliers
The best writing tool!
What do you like best about the product?
It offers a lot of great suggestions and feels like a peer review. It gives me the confidence to share my writing knowing that Grammarly has checked it over. I use it every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the suggestions aren't correct, but everything is imperfect. It's important to actually double check the suggestions and not just accept them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm not perfect and neither is my writing, but Grammarly gives me the piece of mind I need. I use it to check my professional work before passing to my boss, as well as for emails and personal writing.

- nothing is perfect -- sometimes I don't agree with the suggestions but I like that I can easily dismiss them

Gives me alternate words and phrases to use and corrects grammar to uplift the quality of communication.
