Amazing tool!

What do you like best about the product?
It's super helpful for me to save time at work and I love how there are different ways to sense the tone of a text or conversation. I'm totally loving it!
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great to add more languages.

Don't leave home without it

What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly is integrated into all of my writing. I use it on my phone and my laptop. I use it for personal and professional writing. I wouldn't think of sending an important email without sending it through the Grammarly checks. Having Grammarly report back suggestions to tighten up my writing is quite helpful. Sometimes, I can get pretty wordy, but the tool helps me to clean things up and sound my best.

Customer support was very helpful when I set up a business account for our non-profit organization. They quickly set us up, and the implementation was super easy. We have multiple staff using the tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only challenge we had initially was the price point. Working in a non-profit pre-covid, it was pricey, but now, with their new pricing structures, the tools are affordable and worth every investment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My writing has improved 10x since using Grammarly. I run all of our major communications through Grammarly before hitting send.

Grammarly catches the mistakes I don't see!

What do you like best about the product?
I am often in a hurry to send an email, and Grammarly makes it quick to run through the mistakes it catches and fix them. I know several of my colleagues find it helpful as well. Our staff uses Grammarly daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, Grammarly changes the wording to something that does not sound like I usually write or speak, so I adjust accordingly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a team, our staff utilizes Grammarly on all emails we send. It helps to know it is catching mistakes daily, as we all have a lot on our plate and are often in a hurry to send emails.

What do you like best about the product?
In addition to catching my two-finger typing mistakes, Grammarly gives me writing style options and provides me feedback on my style type. It draws attention to those challenging spelling anomalies that pop up at the worst moments.
Downloading Grammarly so it could review my writing was easy and I use it every day in my email writing, instant messaging, and form letters.
What do you dislike about the product?
Least helpful is the page full of red lines that make me realize my super human powers of grammar need some fine tuning!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly solves a multitude of issues when writing a business email, an employee review, or any of a thousand things you do in a writing format. It proofreads your message and gives you a sense of the writing style you are about to send. If you want to tone it down a bit, Grammarly can help you with that. I keep asking it to make my cup of coffee and I'm convinced it will do that one day.

What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly is truly my favorite daily-use work tool. I feel pretty confident in my spelling abilities, but I am a fast typer, so I appreciate having a tool that catches my spelling errors. My favorite feature is the explanations. I've learned so much about my tone and how to sound more confident by removing words that make me sound uncertain.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am looking forward to having additional languages, as I sometimes write in Spanish.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly helps me ensure learning programs we develop are free of spelling, grammar, and punctuation errors.

What do you like best about the product?
The way it integrates with my organization's style guide and makes writing uniform, high-quality copy an effortless process. I work in communications, and it's an immense with clarity and consistency.
What do you dislike about the product?
The assistance popups can be intrusive and I find accessing/using the AI tools to be confusing -- I'm not sure where to find them in the app interface.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeps employee writing consistent with style guide and grammaticlal rules -- cuts down on low-level proofreading and frees time up for higher-level editing.

What do you like best about the product?
Responding to tickets quickly is key to my job. Grammarly helps my responses stay on point and professional.

At this moment I cannot find a flaw in Grammarly.

Fast responses can sometimes turn into bad grammar and spelling, Grammarly helps check that so my work sounds professional.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to install and configure.
Works with multiple applications.
Recommendations for correction give a good explanation frequently.
There is no noticeable impact on performance on my PC while it's running.
What do you dislike about the product?
Once in a while, it will suggest a replacement word that just doesn't work, but these are few and far between.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps my emails, chats and kb articles look more professional by fixing spelling and grammar mistakes.

I love how Grammarly makes it easy for users to know where their mistakes are and correct them immediately. Also, it helps to know about the tone of the writing and gives clear analytics.

I don't think there are any downsides. Grammarly is a great help.
