Copy made Easy
What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to be confident in my writing. With extended use, my writing has improved and my grammatical errors have lowered. Having Grammarly to fix the minor things I always forget also helps. It's AI feature has also been a game changer when it comes to changing the mood of my writing for various occasions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it will get very picky about the apostrophe I use. I type on mac and without fail, if I type something with an apostrophe, it will correct it to another apostrophe, but the symbol is slightly different. This sometimes happens with commas as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
From catchy ad copy to changing the tone of my words. Grammarly's abilities have really helped my copywriting to flourish.
Mostly great, could improve with just one thing.
What do you like best about the product?
I like how Grammarly helps keep me consistent with brand voice, clarity and grammar.
What do you dislike about the product?
There seem to be several times when I am signed out, without my knowledge, while using Grammarly as an exension on Safari and Chrome. I've had a few typos get puplished that Grammarly would've caught had it been active.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Maintaining brand voice and proof reading.

What do you like best about the product?
I like when Grammarly suggests ways to avoid passive voice. That is a struggle for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the error lines don't quite match the sentence, and if it's a huge document, I can get lost.

Grammarly makes me sound as professional as possible.
Great tool for work communications
What do you like best about the product?
I love that it integrates with all apps. Too often, we try to type away too fast without considering what we are writing, especially in chats. It is so nice to have this actively suggest how to word what you need to say better and have typos picked up instantly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The popup often is in the way of what you are trying to look at and it can be difficult to move.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it easier to adopt a professional and neutral tone at work.

What do you like best about the product?
I believe Grammarly is a great tool to review my writing. I like how you can set your writing tone, and Grammarly uses AI to suggest edits that match the tone. I also like seeing the Grammarly extension throughout all my applications. I use it all the time. Also, it is really to implement.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, I believe the Grammarly extension gets in the way of my work. I often times have to move the hovering icon away from where I'm trying to write. Besides that, I don't have any other gripes.

Grammarly uses AI to proofread and suggest edits on my writing.

Autocorrection is always there on typo errors, I use it always on my daily basis.

It points out erros on names where it shouldnt be.

What do you like best about the product?
I love having Grammarly as a little reminder of common mistakes. It's like the old-school spell check, but way better. I feel more confident with my emails and memos. It fits seamlessly into my workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes some transition for Grammarly to recognize some industry-specific jargon and grammar. But there are tools for Grammarly to adapt to your needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In the engineering field, it gives us confidence in our written text, as writing is not always a strength for us.

What do you like best about the product?
As a marketing writer, Grammarly is my writing sidekick that helps me complete content faster.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if the AI could recognize my frequently used acronyms and suggest adding them automatically to avoid the need for manual input.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cuts down on my editing time and acts as another editor when my team is strapped for time.
Grammarly increases effective communication across teams
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly is incredibly easy to download and use - particularly because the tool can be used across all computer applications. It will edit and analyze through emails, text documents, online writing, and more. I use Grammarly every day, and it has greatly increased the effectiveness and clarity of my writing. I particularly like the opportunity to use "Snippets," which lets you create templates of communication that you send on a regular basis. You can have these shared within a team or use personally, but it cuts down on a lot of time drafting similar messages.
What do you dislike about the product?
In my time using Grammarly, I have not discovered anything I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly is cutting down on the time it takes to write and send clear and effective communication - whether that's an email, business proposal, etc. Never send a typo again, and proofread your writing in a matter of seconds.
Grammarly Great Experience
What do you like best about the product?
It helps me and my employees use their words properly and ensure there are no typos. Grammarly is used very frequently in our email replies as well as our messaging applications. It is very easy to use and implemented well. Customer support is easy to work with if there are any questions. And the integration of services is done very well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have any dislikes using grammarly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly fixed the problems we had, with comments sounding improper and correctly any typos that may happen when typing quickly.
