What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and the ability to choose the Grammarly suggested edit. In addition, the program is integrated easily with our software. Finally, I use Grammarly throughout the day and find it helps prepare and send professional emails and documents.
I have not had the need to contact customer support as yet; however, Grammarly is very proactive in sending weekly updates and providing access to their customer service department.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only negative about Grammarly is that incorrect sentences are underlined in red which makes editing more difficult.

Grammarly is enhancing our business reputation by ensuring that all correspondence sent is well written and professional.

The fact that it always shows an error/improvement and explains why has helped me write better in my own.

Frequent need to log in/out, especially on firefox

Too often, it feels like Grammarly is rewriting my voice and my intentions

What do you like best about the product?
The passive language warnings are spot on. I also tend to be a comma person, so I appreciate the suggestions of when to add or avoid. Spelling corrections are appreciated. I also appreciate the reminder I am over-using a word, such as important and offering other synonyms.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't seem to understand headers where one suspends grammar or eliminates to, a, the, etc. The pop-up often blocks where I need to type so I have to turn Grammarly off for the session I am in. It can confuse style guides, for example prompting me to use AP style for dates, e.g., Feb. 15, 2024 but suggesting that same style abbreviation when I am titling an event, "at February's meeting we...." or "February is a great time to pull winter weeds from the garden." As I typed this, Grammarly reminded me it should be Feb.!

What do you like best about the product?
For some of our sales staff, English is a second language. Grammarly has allowed us to come across in a clear, consistent, and professional manner in all of our business correspondence.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it seems to unexpectedly log us out of the account and we assume that Grammarly is working in the background when it isn't.

It is helping us present professionally and accurately in our business correspondence.

Our communication team loves that we can keep our editorial guidelines to ensure we're consistent in our content.
What do you dislike about the product?
It sometimes flags "am" which doesn't make sense, as it is only used to align with AP style on writing "3 a.m." it also flags "am." That's a small price to pay for the value it offers us!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps lift some of the cognitive load that comes with the need to produce more content consistently with fewer writers.

What I like best is the way the site gives options on how you want to tell the story of what you are saying.

What I dislike is that when you use "this", it only gives you verbal suggestions and not format a sentence.

Grammarly is solving the problems of grammatical errors such as misspelled words and formatting sentences.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the widget that tracks my writing and gives me feedback. It makes writing easier and more accurate. I am also learning tips on how to be a better writer.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was an upload function for content, i.e., a Word document, and ability to share content more easily.

Helps me find issues easier than doing it manually.
