Helps with composing internal and external emails!
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly has helped improve my email to sound more coherent and professional to both internal and external recipients. The recommended changes to sentence structure and additional punctuation can help improve the message that I'm sending.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I don't remember to change the writing style when going from business to personal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Conveying the message to both internal and external recipients when writing technical emails.
Faster Editing
What do you like best about the product?
love using Grammarly for an initial pass on any document I'm editing. It is particularly good at finding all the little mistakes quickly and drawing my attention to poorly worded sentences. The style guide and dictionary are amazing for my line of work, where I have very specific names, acronyms, and terms.
What do you dislike about the product?
I enjoy that you can create different style guides for different teams. However, I wish users could easily switch between style guides. As it stands, users have to switch teams to use a different style guide. I would like to be able to switch between them freely. For example, someone is on the marketing team, but they need to edit an HR document that has a different style guide than their outward-facing marketing materials.I'd like if they could stay on the marketing team within Grammarly, but switch to the HR style guide when they need it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has sped up our editing process and allowed a more uniform style throughout our written materials.
Immensely helpful in day-to-day business writing
What do you like best about the product?
I have grammarly enabled for my entire Marketing team, and it's become an integral part of our everyday writing. Because it integrates seamlessly into web browsers and Microsoft Office, the software covers about 80% of our everyday writing. This is quite helpful when updating content on our website CMS, or working on collaborative documents in Word.
I've used some of the AI text writing tools as a springboard for content. Some of this generated content is useful, but we often modify-rewrite a lot of it to fit our brand's voice.

What do you dislike about the product?
We really need Grammarly integrated into Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Teams. Right now, we get around the Teams limitation by opening all Teams documents in the native desktop app. That's a decent workaround, but would love it if we could have Grammarly perfectly integrated into Teams for Government.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We primarily use Grammarly as a proofreader, and it ensures all of our communications are spot-on and dramatically correct. It's like a spellchecker on steroids!
Grammarly is an essential productivity companion
What do you like best about the product?
Love that I can have it running in the background and not worry about any configuration to get it working.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the AI enhancements can sometimes get in the way when writing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Proofreading ensures that we do not put poor quality articles there, damaging our brand.
Good resource for junior staff/new employees
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to create an internal style guide helps junior staff and new employees get a sense for our company voice and style as they write.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have multiple authors contributing to nearly every report, and every time one of them opens a version of the report, it starts a new session--regardless of author, so the analytics are not useful as training tools for us.
Additionally, due to the length of our reports, Grammarly slows down our computers significantly. Making it extremely difficult to use during a final review process.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The AI Writing Assistant helps our junior staff or writers to get started, brainstorm, and otherwise move documents forward when they feel stuck.
The Proofreading feature, when used by staff, speeds up editing time and allows for more focus on the substance of the content in review.

The best tool for copywriters and beyond!
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly has been intregal to my team's success in building a brand style guide and maintaining copy consistency across channels.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, I get logged out of the plug-in/it disconnects from my google docs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a senior copywriter crafting marketing emails, blog posts, social content, product descriptions, and site copy, I need to move FAST to meet my deadlines. Also, I'm charged with editing my team's work and well as self-editing. Knowing Grammarly is there to catch small human mistakes gives me so much more confidence submitting work.
