Grammarly is a great service for daily business use.
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Grammarly is always on, no matter what app I am using.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any downsides. Grammarly is very helpful.

Grammarly keeps me sounding smart and helps me avoid embarrasing mistakes.
What do you dislike about the product?
My team likes to have a conversational voice in our written communication and Grammarly doesn't always suggest a conversatoinal tone....but I might not know the best way to configure the settings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I lead a customer service team and we use Grammarly to make sure our written communication with customers is accurate and well written.

It shoew me a better way to write. I am learning while earninig.

It can be a bit tempermental at times. Doesn't always alighn with the text.

My lack of writing skills. I don't know adverbs, dangling this and that.
An essential asset to make the continuous communication of your day enhanced and accurate!
What do you like best about the product?
The suggestions not only for grammar rules, but grammtic suggestions. So many great features, all serving different purposes. Easy to use and turn off when needed (it is nice you do not have to remember to turn it back on!) I use this every single day and it takes one more tiny aspect of my work off of my mental plate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the icon can pop up in my places on my screen that becomes more of a nuisance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving the problem of doing a first draft brain dump to not only catch my editing mistakes but give better suggestions for the flow of what I am trying to communicate.

What do you like best about the product?
Catches small nuances that make a huge difference in the overall look and feel of a message. I just used it to correct this message actually. It wants me to change huge to massive... hmm
What do you dislike about the product?
The button gets in the way; it uses a lot of CPU on the computer. It will change sentences incorrectly, completely changing the meaning sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping my boss make more polished messages to clients, he frequently misspells so this has increased our branding and credibility very much. He's a big fan and he's in the older generation, whom normally dont like too much tech.

Grammarly is very useful in my profession.
What do you like best about the product?
One of the most beneficial things about Grammarly is that it detects passive voice. We have a client who is very particular about it. I can detect some of it in my proofing, but I also miss some of it. I also like the conciseness/clarity filter.
What do you dislike about the product?
None as of right now. The only bug I dealt with was fixed in an update.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Converting passive voice to active voice. Detecting sentences that need clarity or could be made more concise. Spelling and grammar proofing - which catches errors I sometimes miss in my proofing of the document. I also like that the suggestions follow the flow of the document - i.e., as I scroll through, the suggestions for that section of the document appear on the sidebar, as well as underlining the text that needs correcting. All of these features make my writing more streamlined and clearer; and, more importantly, the client is pleased by the product.

What do you like best about the product?
I work in the financial industry and have to send out A LOT of emails and invitations to events. Grammarly helps to make sure my punctuation and spelling are on point! I also like to use the "Improve It" option to help when an email sounds off to me.
What do you dislike about the product?
Grammarly and Word do not work well together. I cannot save my document if I am in a large document and have Grammarly running. I must quit Grammarly and reopen it once I am ready for editing.

Grammarly helps me in writing emails and making sure everything is proper.
Keeps Me Straight!
What do you like best about the product?
As a web-based user of Grammarly, it is very convenient to have this monitor all of my typing. The corrections it suggests often align with the voice I type in, as well as provide an accurate spell check. I am definitely glad I have this service.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few layout bugs in the system where the Grammarly pop-up blocks what I am typing, so I cannot see for a moment what I type. There are also a few times when it will correct a sentence, and then it will recommend changing it back and will keep going back and forth. Other than that, it works great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since I use Grammarly in a professional environment, it helps me in my interactions with customers to remain professional and credible.

The most helpful part is that it pops up whenever I need it. I love how accurate the revisions are and how they help me to rewrite sentences to make more sense.

I have found it to be very helpful, so there is not anything I dislike so far.
