Grammarly improves our customer service.
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly has been really helpful for our entire company and ease of use for all customer support emails. It is straightforward to integrate into our existing platforms. We use it often.
What do you dislike about the product?
With the English language, there are a lot of variances in correct grammar; I think it is hard to tell which way is the right way at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammatical errors in responses to customers.
It improves all of my writing, and helps me diversify my vocabulary.
What do you like best about the product?
It quickly helps me edit documents, and leads me to soundign more professional.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, the UI can get in the way of what I am trying to see. It does allow you to move where the bubble pops up when in documents, but I would rather have it in a corner above the paper I'm writing, rather than in the middle of it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I struggle at times with repetitive words, and it helps me pick exceptional synonymns out so that my writing is not flat and bland.
It's very helpful!

Real-time chekcing with it's browser integration

When it recommends a change that I disagree with.

It's helping me write better papers for school.
Great Way to keep it professional, descriptive or light and friendly
What do you like best about the product?
I can set what type of audience that I am writing to and with the help of Grammarly I can make corrections on the fly and keep my emails or messages short, to the point and professional.
What do you dislike about the product?
I currently do not have any dislikes at this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My english is not that strong and my sentence structure is not what it should be. With the help of Grammarly I can proofread what I have written and catch errors that can be corrected.

There are no downsides! It's easy to use.

Grammarly is a HUGE help when editing marketing content
What do you like best about the product?
I started using Grammarly about three years ago and it's been one of the most important tools in my daily work as a marketer ever since. I primarily use the extension for my computer, which helps me catch misspellings and grammar mistakes wherever I'm working, whether I'm typing an email, writing content, or reviewing someone else's document. The online version goes even deeper when I need to thoroughly check the content I'm writing or editing, and provides helpful tone and clarity suggestions, and frequently helps me cut down on wordiness to write with more purpose.
What do you dislike about the product?
The online version sometimes suggests changes that would alter the meaning of the sentence in favor of "a more positive tone." I work in marketing, so sometimes a negative tone is exactly what I need. Bottom line: as with any tool, you should always go back over your work carefully and use your professional judgment about the changes it's suggesting for your work. But that's less of a dislike and more of a note, as those suggestions are definitely helpful at other times!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly is helping me catching spelling mistakes, complicated sentences that could be simplified, and passive voice.

Grammarly suggestions help me sound more professional in my communication without making me sound stale or uptight.

Grammarly will often suggest an edit, I will make it, and then it will suggest I change it back to what it was before.

Grammarly helps us keep our style guidlines in force across all of our platforms.

It automates so much about my writing to ensure I write it, say it, and spell it right every time!

Sometimes the extension causes issues with other features in Google Chrome, but it is rare.

It helps keep my emails and client communications on point and on brand. Grammarly also ensures my spelling and writing is error free.

Grammarly helps with small grammar quirks I was too lazy to address before!

Sometimes, my keyboard shortcuts don't work across my personal and work computers.

Grammarly is actually helping me improve my writing by sharing suggestions for wording and phrasing, especially when my original writing was technically correct, but not as concise as it could be!

Sometimes it has to be reloaded to be updated.
