What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly works quickly to provide support and recommendations, regardless of the platform or app I'm working on. Recommendations are relevant and aligned with my company's style guide.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are times when I aim to take a more casual tone, and Grammarly seems to want to rectify that for me. Still, I know that I can always dismiss recommendations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly gives me efficiencies. I know I can trust the tool, so I'm able to move quicker with confidence that my language will be coherent and precise.

I like the AI feature to help my emails sound more professional.

Not much, really. Sometimes it is buggy with larger documents or when you have multiple documents open simultaneously.

Being consistent in my grammar and having my communications come across as more clear and concise.

Grammarly helps me out when I struggle with how I want to communicate a message. I work in customer service and it has been a great tool for helping to deliver bad news in an empathetic but professional way.

The ability to change your documents to sound more confident and formal. I use it everyday at my job! It's even integrated as an add-on feature to my browsers.

There is nothing I dislike about grammarly.

What do you dislike about the product?
This dependency on internet access could be inconvenient for users who frequently work in environments with limited or unreliable internet connectivity, such as during travel or in remote areas.

Grammarly solves the challenges by providing corporate employees with a powerful tool to enhance their written communication's quality, clarity, and professionalism, ultimately contributing to improved efficiency, effectiveness, and confidence in their professional roles.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the sentence structure recommendations. Typically, I wouldn't think about those, but Grammarly's recommendations are extremely helpful (especially with such a heavy customer-facing role.) I also love the weekly emails about my productivity and tone.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it would fit the jargon for my tech role more. I spell certain words that are flagged as incorrect in Grammarly when they actually are not incorrect. Maybe adding those jargon words to my Grammarly vocabulary in an easier way would help with this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The way that I come across to my customers has been improved upon with Grammarly. All of my external communication is clear and concise thanks to Grammarly.
A quality resources for teachers and students.
What do you like best about the product?
It helps me write with confidence. I encourage all of my students to download it and use it every day. Not only does it correct errors but it helps me grow as a writer.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the small icon with the lightbulb gets in the way while I am reading and or editing my work. It is hard to click on it and move it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving my writing. It is helping me be more succinct in my communication with coworkers and supervisors. It helps me prepare lessons and assignments for my students.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part of using Grammarly is that it is designed to be accessible and not intrusive. The corrective nudges are not overly distracting and it is easy to apply the corrections. The AI writing assistant is also easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Grammerly gets a bit aggressive about forcing a particular writing style. It doesn't always identify casual conversational areas from more formal or academic areas.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Improving text within the document and quick access to in document AI writing assistance if I require it.
Amazing and helpful tool!
What do you like best about the product?
English is not my first language, and although I learned English by myself when I was 14, I was always unsure about my English writing skills. With Grammarly, that changed forever. Not only because I can fix typos or misspellings but because I can write in a way that English native speakers understand, the tone I need, and the best words to express what I want to say. It's a life changer for sure!

Honestly, I think it's perfect, nothing to be changed.

To express what I want to say in the best way possible. And I have also learned a lot.
