A Helpful Tool For Any Writer
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly goes beyond spellcheck. It makes clever suggestions about my writing that I never would have thought of, helping me produce better written content.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's occasionally tough to customize Grammarly. Sometimes there are stylistic choices that I want to make, but Grammarly won't let me customize the suggestions accordingly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves my poor spelling and grammar, and helps me be a better writer.

It allows the opportunity to send emails and letters effectively and efficiently without errors.

I have to switch keyboard for my mobile device.

Its simple to use, and flexible when I need it to be.

Some suggestions are just vague, so they don't make sense.

I write many emails daily. Sometime this gets tiring, so using AI to help me write them/correct them its awesome.

What do you like best about the product?
Quickly allows me to improve my email quality, has multiple options for the tone of the email text (ie. expert, persuade, formal, informal, etc.)
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any dislikes. Really easy to use and cost effective.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I write many emails, and Grammarly helps to sharpen my communication. It's even helping me write this now!

What do you like best about the product?
I love that it gives suggestions on sentences, the structure and grammarly. It is very helpful!

I like to be very nice... I think some of the sentences are very direct.

I can email someone quicker as I don't spend as much time constucting the email.

Grammarly is my trusted writing partner that helps me improve my grammar, punctuation, and delivery. I use it every day to check and improve my work. I am the Marketing Content Supervisor for a software implementation organization and accuracy is key, so being able to rely on the features of Grammarly to help make my writing more understandable and more refined.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not experienced any downside to using Grammarly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have a lot of content that I am churning out on a daily basis and I always need a second pair of eyes to make sure I haven't missed important details or made mistakes. Grammarly is a better proofreader than another human, which also means that I can check, adjust, and submit my marketing content faster and in an agile way.

It corrects my mistakes without being intrusive.

It doesn't always get it right. Sometimes, tenses or pronouns are mistaken.

It helps me send grammatically accurate emails.
Love it, but there is still rooms for improvement
What do you like best about the product?
The way I love Grammarly the most is how they automate and integrate with different applications to save my time using it via different applications, especially offline versions, and also the recommendations from Grammarly are mostly helpful as well
What do you dislike about the product?
When it comes to online versions of applications, especially Microsoft ones like Word and PowerPoint, the integration of the product is giving me a hard time as I was even taking the recommendation from Grammarly, those are not actually reflecting or even will ruin what was already been wrote, which will create extra workload.

Not seeing much of the problem I am seeing is being solved
