A Tool I Wish I Had Years Ago
What do you like best about the product?
I like the unintrusive way it corrects errors and makes suggestions for wording.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not anything that I do not like at this point because it makes sure that all of my communications are clear and flow well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps all of my work concise and professional.

We are a content site, with lots of writing contributions. Grammarly helps us quickly check work for errors and clarity.

What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly provides feedback on sentence structure and overlooked punctuation mistakes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downsides are that sometimes the plugin fails or the bubble pop-up is in a position that hinders view and cannot be moved without disabling the plugin.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps align our organization's voice with prompts based on preferences and ensures our team has a unified, professional tone.
Grammarly is the application that I didn't know I needed
What do you like best about the product?
I like how it integrates into every aspect of my computer, browser and applications. Makes my emails sound more proffesional and catch small mistakes I would have normally missed. Plus I am learning more about grammar mistakes I continually make.
What do you dislike about the product?
I know updates have been made for where the grammarly icon sits and you can move it to a degree but it still sometimes get in the way and impossible to move it out of the way.

Grammarly catches mistakes and helps me words my writing and emails in a more professional manner

It catches typos and helps me to improve my sentence structure.

At times, it will suggest a change, and then once changed, it suggests to change it back.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps to ensure that in my quick daily correspondences, my emails are still professional and clean. It also helps me to proofread longer documents for errors and clarity.

What do you like best about the product?
What I love about Grammarly is being able to make a first draft and polish as I go so that it makes my next step in the copy editing process a lot easier
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was also available to do more in Spanish as it is the second most widely used language in the U.S. and would help my job a lot!

Grammarly helps ensure I don't miss the mark on both proper writing and overall purpose for writing something, be it via tone, rephrasing, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
It helps me to understand repetitive mistakes I make. Turns out I still don't know how to spell receive, but after seeing Grammarly call me out on this 100 times, I've been able to udnerstand common mistakes I continue to make, and to not just click a button to correct them, but actually learn things I am doing wrong. I've been able to correct years of incorrect grammatical habits with Grammarly
What do you dislike about the product?
It appears in every text box. I do a lot of design work with tiny blocks of texts, and in this situation, Grammarly covers the entire text block, making it really difficult to work with and edit in those situations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I email back and forth with corporate accounts every day. Grammarly helps me to have correct spelling and grammar with my high-profile professional clients, and saves me from looking incompetent.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Grammarly often – when I'm editing technical documents for my place of business, to create ads and marketing materials and to fine-tune emails. It's such a convenient tool to help things sound more precise and put together.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only think I really dislike about Grammarly is the notification pop-up and that it's sometimes not easy to get rid of if you want to ignore a correction.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly helps me formulate more structured sentences when communicating internally and externally. It also helps me proofread and restructure others' work.
Fantastic tool to help optimize your writing
What do you like best about the product?
It allows me to focus on writing without constantly having to check grammar and usage. I can focus first on getting my ideas out knowing I don't have to have everything perfect and it is mindful of tense, passive/active voice, and grammar.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe this could be changed but the little button that comes up, especially in web forms, completely covers words at times and I can't select certain things. It would be great to "hide" it or have it be able to disappear in some cases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I write a lot and having a tool check my work for me is very helpful. It does not replace an editor in any way but it is a great frontline check on basic writing, grammar, and usage. I write a lot of first drafts and like to focus on getting ideas on paper with less focus on it being "correct" right off the bat. It's good to have something that checks and flags errors for me on the front end which lets me focus on brainstorming, drafting, and getting ideas on paper.
Makes my work so much easier!
What do you like best about the product?
I use Grammarly all the time at work. It's easy and quick to use and works well with Zendesk and Slack. English is not my first language, and I often struggle with punctuation or making my sentences too long. Grammarly fixes all that, and helps me learn, too!
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasional bugs, sometimes the suggestions can change the meaning of your message.
