Ease of Mind
What do you like best about the product?
I love using Grammarly for personal and work-related reasons, helping me with writing contracts, bids, and personal papers for classes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it'll check things and try and correct structuring when it isn't needed, although it's entirely accurate - it can make you question what you wrote up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving my terrible structuring and grammar is what I use Grammarly for. The ease of knowing that I can rely on something to help me write the best product that I can is extremely satisfying and extremely lovely to have.
Makes my business emails more professional!
What do you like best about the product?
Corrects both spelling and grammar no matter where I am. No matter if I'm emailing someone or just using Word, I can count on Grammarly to help me correct my errors!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes their widget gets in the way and puts itself in odd positions

Corrects my grammar and spelling and makes my business emails more professional!

You can pick and choose what you wish to use with Grammarly.

Nothing. I have no dislikes with Grammarly.

Grammarly assists with proper grammar and when I am stuck on pronouncing a sentence.
Great assistance and time saving tool when you write professionally

That you can customize the tne in which you want to communicate.

You get used to it, and if you don't have access to it at some point, but, you can always use the free version.

It is better than the proofreading that comes with the word processors; it has more features.
Improved communication
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Grammarly is its ease of use. Once installed on your computer or web browser, it just works! I love that it not only corrects spelling and grammar but also the tone of the message. That especially helps in email communication!
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot think of any downsides to using Grammarly.

It is improving our internal and external communications, ensuring that we communicate clearly and professionally.

how easy it is to use, that it correct mistakes but also improves your writing. You may pick the mood of your writing, how polite you want to be

There is nothing, maybe the price is a bit to high.

Lack of English words, not being the native, being more polite when I don't know how to phrase my emotions/feelings

I enjoy how they make suggestions on how to improve the sentence.

When their recommendation on the sentence structure does not make sense which is rare.

What do you like best about the product?
I love it's helpful editing tools and the AI features to know what "tone of voice" my writing is in! (ie. friendly, serious, etc)
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it lags to load my changes! I do love Grammarly though!
