Grammarly is an essential tool
What do you like best about the product?
I have been a Grammarly user for a number of years. The evolution of Grammarly is impressive. What I like best is being able to use it as a sandbox to craft my work, the guidance from suggestions, and the AI features to help me rework sentences and paragraphs that just don't feel right.
The user friendly nature of the product is great for an level of writer. It is easy to use and I use it several times a day.

What do you dislike about the product?
Not a fan of the plug-in for using grammarly in other programs. It is not as robust, but I see the merits.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
So many. I use it multiple times a day to check everything I write like emails, internal messages, external messaging (social media copy), and article writing. It helps to tighten my writing and supports my team's work.
Grammarly is the most convenient, effective, streamlined grammar check program I have ever used!
What do you like best about the product?
The best part about Grammarly is that it runs in the background of my work computer and automatically checks my grammar as I work. It is even doing it as I am typing this review!!
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe that the only downside to Grammarly is that there are a few times when I am typing in my documents where it will highlight words/phrases saying it is incorrect when it in-fact is not. Seems to just be a few technical glitches.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For me, grammarly is solving the sentence structures for me that may make sense in my head, but are not grammatically correct. I only remember so much from English class and when I am too focused on the work at-hand and not so much the grammar, this program allows me to get my work done without worrying about the grammar.

Its suggestions are quite clear and very objective oriented. It helps normal writing naturally

Its rendering can be slow sometimes and uses too much Cpu resources. Although it's worth it

What do you like best about the product?
I love how it helps me write not only better, but much faster. Learning the tone of my message is also a great feature!
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI is sometime can be a bit intrusive, depending on the context.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping me with my grammar, and with my writing speed. Working as a tech support where performance is measured in tickets per hour, this really makes a difference!

It's helpful in catching common mistakes. Sometimes it gives me options I don't like but you can turn these off in settings.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. It does everything I need to. Sometimes I wonder about memory usage.

Typos and common grammar errors.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Grammarly is always there checking my documents and emails to make sure that I'm not making mistakes and that what I'm saying is clear and concise.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything that I don't like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly is helping me sound more confident in my writing and it's benefiting me in that when i submit emails or documents my supervisor does not have to help me rewrite anything.

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite feature about Grammarly is their plug-in that checks my writing as I'm doing it. Not only does it save me time from visiting the Grammarly website, but it also lets me know where I have errors as soon as I'm done typing. I use Grammarly daily at work, and it is super easy to add new members to our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, Grammarly will mark that I have a grammatical error when I'm just using a different version of an apostrophe.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly helps me with the proofing process because, by the time I have a peer check my work, it's already gone through proofing with me and the Grammarly site. This helps me save time and ensure that my colleagues can be more thorough since the initial errors were already removed.

What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy how it has grown to have a widget you can use on any website, email or device. I remember before when this wasn't an option, and I still loved the service, but this makes it seamless and easy to use on all devices. I am even using it right now to in this survey!

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, I feel that the AP could be updated or that there could be settings where you list how it should be edited so there aren't always suggestions that don't make sense for the work you are doing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me to continue to write and work on content creation without getting caught up in the little things as well as helping me grow as a writer and editor from seeing the suggestions with copy.

It corrects me as I type and suggests new ways to say things.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing that I dislike about Grammarly is that it continues to suggest being more personable in my emails. Maybe you can have a button to say you are at work and need all emails to be strictly professional.

What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly stands out by offering advanced features such as full-sentence rewrites for clarity, tone adjustments to ensure the right impression, and custom style guides for team consistency, which are not typically found in conventional spellcheckers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can get in the way, but they do offer ways to customize it's appearance or ways to move it out of the way. I wish they offered easier ways to switch between style guides on the fly. I wish it had less unnecessary or wrong suggestions, but they do allow you to flag them to help the AI learn.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It finds gross errors that other editors won't catch. It greatly improves my writing, especially in emails. Paired with AI text generation, this makes writing so much easier.
