Extremely useful for french speakers
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use on every software. Very useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the icon is a bit annoying, gets in the way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Useful to correct incorrect punctuation and typing errors.

What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly is my best friend for writing literally everything. It brings me ideas and topics and helps me in writing more clearly. My favorite feature is changing the tone of the sentence. I love that!

I don't dislike anything in Grammarly. It serves me the best way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly helps me in writing better English, and sounding more native and fluent. I also like when it suggests synonyms.
I really enjoy using Grammarly and think it's a great tool.

It gives a few options when offering changes and makes suggestions even when the grammar is correct.

A feature to share synomnys would be nice.

I am not great at grammar so this tool is very helpful.

The information about my tone is great, and I can adjust it as necessary. Also, the tips for writing clarity.

Sometimes the writing assistant does not work, and prompts go unanswered.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly is great for putting ideas together and helping to write compelling emails. I like the writing assistant where I can input the gist of my message and Grammarly puts it together beautifully! We love snippets also as they save my lots of time when answering the same types of questions.
I work with high schoolers, and am likely to recommend it to them

Easy to use, helpful for the age group that I work with to get a basic level of support with their writing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing immediately comes up, I know it is an extra step to get the plug-in but that is a reasonable amount of work for the benefit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping the students I work with at my nonprofit to write professional emails and other documents that are clear, proofread, and free of typos
Don't send an email without it
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can use it in documents, email, and across other applications. I always feel a bit more confident about my writing (even as a former English teacher) when I use Grammarly. I use it all the time across pretty much every platform I type on. It's easy to use, easy to understand, and easy to have better writing!
What do you dislike about the product?
The floating little popup gets in my way and that drives me nuts. I have to turn it off sometimes just to work around it. I also wish when the same mistake happens 5+ times in a doc and you correct it once (like a misspelling or an unhyphenated word that needs a hyphen) there was a "correct all" button so you didn't have to do it 5+ times for the exact same issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Simple grammar mistakes from fast typing. I can feel confident in continuing to type vs fixing everything as I go because I know it'll get fixed. I do a lot of proofreading and editing for others, so this makes it really quick. I also like to have the AI assistant simplify and adjust the tone of things for me. I like the tone suggestions in email.
Great tool for conciseness and consistency
What do you like best about the product?
I work with international teams to produce marketing materials, and my favorite thing about Grammarly is that it helps me streamline my writing for clarity. This is extremely helpful when communicating with non-native english speakers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I feel that grammarly misses idioms or forms of speech and pushes me to be more concise by erasing meaning. This could be improved on a bit as I see it

I work with a large team and we all create assets on behalf of the company so its important that we are consistent in our tone and language

Sometimes the corrections made are wrong; they add words instead of correcting a section

Grammer mistakes and poor sentence working - it's helping me write better client facing reportings and emails.
