Can't write without it!
What do you like best about the product?
As a customer service representative, I handle a large volume of emails every month, and the quality of my writing is of utmost importance. That's why I'm so grateful to have Grammarly installed on our Zendesk account. It's a powerful tool that helps me catch any spelling, grammar, or punctuation errors before I hit send. Not only does it make my job easier and more efficient, but it also ensures that our customers receive clear, concise, and professional responses. With Grammarly, I feel confident in my writing and can focus on providing the best possible service to our clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, I must exit Zendesk and re-open it to have Grammarly work again. (It's rare but does sometimes happen)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly not only helps me fix my mistakes, but I also use the "Improve it" feature to enhance my writing.

The AI capability. I love that it can see more than just spell check.

I wish it was all free. I like the free version, but the premium is better.

Being able to set the settings the same for everyone on the account is wonderful!
As a non-profit this helps us have a consisent "wording".
It being easy to use is another big plus since we have staff which have a hard time with new technology.

Honeslty I don't have anything that I don't like.

Proofreading definenlty is our top item. When writing grants we need all the help we can get.
Even with any of our socail media posts this has helped solve those small mistakes in spelling etc.

What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly helps keeping your sentences entertaining as well as help clear your thoughts when trying to type them out
What do you dislike about the product?
one of the downsides is when you have a long paragraph it is hard to click the word below and sometimes doesn't always get to the word you want to click on

One of the ways Grammarly helps me is when trying to word out contracts and make the sentence more clear/ Identify clearly what I'm trying to say

I like that it offers more than word corrections. It provides collaboration and ideas to enhance what is being written and expressed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, I accept an edit, and it somehow messes up the wording of the sentence. It's almost like it didn't consider the whole sentence, and the words are cut in half.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sometimes, I am writing and just start typing without thinking of the flow. It helps me write and then pause to reflect on my expression. I am learning or relearning words to use and sentence structure.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can drop anything and it recommends changes. It's made me a clear more concise writer. I love that it offers to re-write for clarity. Ease of use, the ability to add headers right in Grammarly! I use it every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't discovered anything I dislike about it! It's truly easy to implement and integrate into my websites and word docs. I've use customer service once!

I love that grammarly suggest re-writing statements for clarity. It catches tone and helps make editing a breeze.
