Grammerly Experience
What do you like best about the product?
The user friendliness experience. The reviews and add-ons are a great feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found any flaws with the software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It catches the typos and alerts me quickly.

What do you like best about the product?
One of my favorite things about Grammarly is how it checks the tone of what I write so I avoid coming off as "too direct" but still articulate. And the spell check is very handy since I type quickly and tend to flub a letter here and there. It's a daily use tool and I would be disappointed if I had to give it up. It intergates into everything I use for work seamlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally it gets confused about my business specific jargon, but it's getting better the more I use it. Otherwise I have no complaints about the service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping me work on the tone of my writing and avoiding spelling errors.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how much time it saves me as a proofreader. I like that it suggests better ways to write sentences and not just pointing out grammar mistakes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, the replacement suggestions are quite far from the actual meaning of the original words in their context. Also, when, for example, selecting "one space" between each sentence, the correction messes up words, and I have to rewrite some things, which is time-consuming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps with correcting texts with many mistakes and, especially, poor sentence structures. I like that I can click on suggestions without having to rewrite complete sentences.

What do you like best about the product?
We love all of the aspects of Grammarly. Our whole company has embedded Grammarly into Microsoft applications and Google Chrome. It's saved us a lot of time while also helping all of us have the same tone when writing emails to prospects and customers. We also utilize the AI function as well to help generate ideas for emails.

We're enjoying all aspects of Grammarly!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had issues with consistency when sending emails to customers. Grammarly has allowed us to establish a tone/brand and will help change the structure of sentences so that all employees are sending more consistent emails.

What do you like best about the product?
My email can be rambling, and Grammarly makes it more concise. It's so easy to integrate into my emails, MS Office, and daily use. There was zero implementation whatsoever.

Sometimes the pop-ups can be a little annoying, and it will keep repeating the same changes.

Making my emails more concise and, therefore, shortening them.

What do you like best about the product?
This is an efficient platform that provides support on numerous platforms for both personal and professional use. I use this daily and have this set up to support all aspects of communication that fit within its features. It was easy to integrate and implement, and continues to provide great support.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any thing that fits within this question - and don't have any complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It benefits my personal and professional communications and solves the problem of having to take extra time to proofread things and often catches things I would miss.
Grammarly changed the way I email
What do you like best about the product?
Identifying and correcting grammar and spelling mistakes in my writing is particularly useful. It couldn't be easier to implement for our organization, and the number of features surprises me constantly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I frequently get logged out of my account, so I have to log back in often. This could be a company global policy setting, however.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I do not like it when I get a business email that is riddled with spelling and grammatical errors. As such, I don't like to send those type of emails, either. Grammarly helps me ensure that my correspondence is always accurate and grammatically correct.
