Bring up the caliber of your professional correspondence
What do you like best about the product?
Quick updates that make sense to communications with clientele and partners. Grammarly will incorporate context and tone from your entire team to give a unified feel to your communications. I used Grammarly to edit this review post, lol.

Sometimes the service will produce responses that don't make sense in the context, but that's increasingly rare.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Proofreading our teams outreach and client correspondence to keep us looking sharp and professional in the finance industry.

What do you like best about the product?
With just one click, I can change the mistyped words. As a person who isn't a native English speaker, Grammarly helps me rephrase sentences to something that is easier for customers to understand while retaining my original thought.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the icon on the right takes time to load and is annoyingly slow
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sentence construction and spelling. It makes my job easier, and finish my tasks faster compared to checking it in other online grammar-checking sites.
It helps keep me on track and fixes simple typing errors.

I love the suggestions on how to phrase things better to sound more professional or fix errors I make in everyday conversations. It is very easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly don't have anything I dislike. It helps me in everyday emails and when creating documents for record keeping, presentations, etc. I haven't had any issues or need to connect with customer support.

That it highlights things as soon as I write stuff on any platform

The fact that it highlights it different colors and sometimes I need to guess what must be wrong with the sentence.

Grammarly is an excellent tool for my title as an Executive Assistant; it allows me to form better paragraphs/sentences, corrects my spelling/grammar, and just helps create a better and more seamless experience for my job all around. I use Grammarly on a daily basis, I highly recommend it!

The only downside I can think of with this tool is the constant pop-up that occurs, sometimes unnecessary pop-ups.

It solves my grammar and wording of sentences, this benefits my job big time because it allows me to sound more professional and put together.
